The cleaner appeared very young, and since we were out, I checked our security cameras. The windows were washed, but the backyard gates were left open. The next day, I found spots and streaks everywhere and contacted Sonny. He promised a redo that day or the next, but it took a full week. The same cleaner returned, asked if he should redo the windows, and left afterward without telling me he was finished. The windows still look bad, and he left the gates open again. This time, my daughter let the dogs out, and they were later found three blocks away. Long story short, I'll clean my own windows going forward.

Not only did they shampoo the carpeting, wipe down all surfaces, and disinfect the bath areas, they wiped down the windows- inside and out (we have a lot of tall windows, too). Mac even repaired a broken vanity drawer in the process! And the pricing was very reasonable given the amount of cleaning that was completed. Needless to say, we are super impressed. He scheduled an appointment with me for today Monday October 3rd at 9:00 a.m. and with numerous attempts I've not had a return call or text . I'm not sure what's going on with Vic but obviously he's having scheduling problems and his lack of responsibility in customer care is starting to show.
