But nowhere on any of their paperwork or their website does it say that - It clearly only states 'One-year warranty on all roofs'. When I asked him for a price to re-do it, he more than doubled his price and blamed it on his costs going up....really double???? I hired a different company and they did a way better job than Jones and their price was $200 less than Jones' original price last year and $800 less than the current price that Jones quoted. Stay away from Jones unless you want to get ripped off!! I would give them 0 stars if I could.

We had a weather delay, but that was communicated. We met early to discuss the plan and the location of the downspouts. I was given information how to mitigate any further erosion to my yard from previously not having gutters. I thought the cost was reasonable and the job went smoothly. Gutters were on in one morning. Logan explained to me that it would be alot of work. He would have to pressure wash each paver. The cost would be $1600. A couple of weeks later he was on our street again. I decided to go ahead with the work . Logan assured me I would be very happy with the completed job. From the time they started it took over 2 months to complete + extra money. Adding to the delay was-- other jobs, picking up supplies , an auto accident, Logan was sick. The completed work looked better than when they started, however. there still are areas of the finished work that shows some of the old sealant. The day they finished I payed Logan $1700 and thanked him for there effort. Logan said he was starting a window washing business and would clean our windows, for our patience. After 3 or 4 months of waiting I called and inquired about it . He set up a date June 11 . That was a NO SHOW. STILL WAITING!!!!!
