I just do not get how to justify an almost $900 pressure washing bill for a 2000 sq foot 2 story house. I mean I've been living here since 2005 and prices range from $225 to $350 max. This company came I almost 3 times higher than anyone I've used in 15 years! Yes I make sure they are licensed and insured before they do work. I even gave this company a chance to redo the bid I'm case he made a mistake. Do not use without getting other estimates as this company is the highest I have ever been quoted. read more

So, I recently painted my home with the color selection based on the ugly, dirty, grimy grey shingle roof- so i did a dark charcoal grey on the fascia in order to match it. I bought the house 5 years ago and the roof looked exactly the same the day i bought it as it did when i painted the home. So, i'm putting my house up for sale a few weeks ago and my realtor recommended I definitely get my roof cleaned, as he was hoping that these black lines all over the charcoal roof would clean up and look a little better for showing the house. He recommended this company, as previous clients of his used them and the results were great (FYI - NOT high pressure washed but cleaned as i didnt want any damage to my already crappy roof). So, i called, got pricing (Very Affordable!) and made the appt. ENTER OLEYN'S. The tech/owner showed up on time, and on the date scheduled (OMG yes, with a south florida contractor - amazing!). He presented well and was friendly & likable but also task orientated on his job. He went to work! I was inside the house and popped out a few hours later to see how the work was coming along and much to my utter surprise - MY ROOF WAS BRIGHT WHITE. OMG! It was like a brand new roof was put on my house while i was eating breakfast. I cant recommend this vendor any higher. He cared about the work being done, taking his time, and doing a great job. Had them take care of my roof a couple of weeks ago. Live in Boynton Leisureville, white roofs are mandatory. Last couple of times I had cleaning done roof still looked grey. Oleyn's came out and not only was the roof sparkling, they took extra time to make sure the fascia and gutters were clean as well. Absolutely no harm to any of the plantings around the house either. My neighbor was so impressed called me a couple of days later, were working on her roof today and I mentioned issue I was having with mold on my concrete surround. They took care of it and once again, results were fantastic, bright white again. Made sure to water the beds first so the plants would take up minimal chemicals too. I run my own business, work with seniors and their families daily, and I know and respect great work and customer service when I see it! Cannot recommend highly enough! read more
