TLDR; Poggers store, changed my outlook on life and would return even if given the choice…read more ----- 9/9/2021 BIG uPs to the ol' good fellas in Chatswood, proper banging deals on all the hotttest shit. From toasters to vacuums if you've got a mess to clean up, these guys will sort you out so good. I experienced the most bussin customer service this side of of the Mississippi and i would not hesitate to bring the boys round for a product demo any day of the week. However, it is with the most heartfelt sadness i must explain, the only reason i cannot bestow five stars upon this prestigious establishment is i believe the good guys should rename to "the good people" as show of solidarity and to bring much needed inclusiveness to the franchise. Overall i would rate the store for being as fully sick as they are but with the discriminatory naming practices i can not fully recommend the "good guys" as it turns out they are just "bad boys". PS. Bring back Coffee demos they are pog PSS. I would die for Jason Segel

Last week a 50inch TV was delivered to my flat. I assumed it was a mistake, until my husband came…read morehome and proudly declared it as "a surprise for me, so that I wouldn't have to watch Mad Men on my tiny computer screen". (Note to men everywhere: we see right through this s**t, just like you see through our 'oh, it's a neck massager' schtick. It also didn't help that he purchased an NBA all-access pass.) The biggest problem was, well, its bigness. It was embarrassing. It was larger than the couch we would have watched it from. He didn't seem to mind this, but could see in my eyes (and the telltale steam coming from my ears) that it wasn't worth the domestic disturbance it was about to ignite, so we agreed to return it and potentially *potentially* get something smaller at a later date. Despite the horror stories we read online, The Good Guys were incredible about returning it. Sure we had to drive out to Chatswood, but when we arrived they took it back without question, refunded the amount we paid, and even refunded the $50 charge for shipping. I couldn't believe it - it was like returning something to Nordstrom and it made me go from very, very, very upset to wanting to return it for store credit and buy a few more unnecessarily large appliances that we don't need for our tiny flat. We didn't end up doing that, but I'm sure that if/when we decide on that 40inch, The Good Guys will definitely be the place we head first.

This is not about Winning Appliances but about Miele dryers. They are not worth considering to buy…read morebecause they break down after 8 years and there is absolutely no help from Miele with repairing it. Their customer service is less than helpful and quite rude. My dryer is 8 years old and, yes, out of warranty. It broke down this week and the service person changed the brushes hoping that would fix it. Not so! He then did a diagnostic and found that it has a F66 fault and for those who don't know what that means it is the absolute worst fault a Miele dryer can get. The remedy........there is a whole protocol to repair this which is to change one part at a time until hopefully) one of them works. As you can imagine, this is extremely costly, for example the first part to be changed will cost $453 which is about half the cost of a new dryer (not Miele). I read on Miele's website that they have done extensive tests on their dryers and found that they should last 20 years+ (https://www.mieleexperience.com.au/miele-20-years/). I then rang Miele to request that they repair my dryer at their cost. I have to say their customer service people were less than helpful and quite rude. They didn't want to know about the problem with my dryer and would not put me through to a manager or a person who could make decisions. Needless to say, I have done my research and decided to replace my Miele dryer with a Bosch. Thanks a lot Miele for your lack of interest in my dryer.

Used their "send enquiry" link next to the item and completed the form to ask about availability for delivery and whether this is their best price. Not a peep since! I even tried to follow up. No acknowledgement or anything. Poor service. If this is what they are like before I ahve bought anything in the pre-sale / sale process, have no confidence in what happens once they have your money .... would love to share the email for verification with product review - unfortunanly - there is none as they won't respond.
