This means that my service rep, Lonnie, had to take a lot of phone calls and questions from me - and let me say that he was awesome! He was always available if he was in the shop... the 2 or 3 times that I called and he was not in the shop, he always called me back the next day. This is a great group of people. Well, when I went to get an oil change, the dealership could not get my hood open at all. Speed and Floyds said it was the dealerships fault, when in fact it was their fault, because they put a brand new hood on my car. Instead of accepting responsibility, they tried to push the blame off onto someone else, until I got my insurance company involved, then they fixed it immediately. They will never get my business again.
