Having had multiple vehicles undergo wrapping, paint protection film (PPF) application, and ceramic coating, I can attest to Nick's exceptional honesty, transparency, and communication throughout the process. At no point was I left to speculate or make assumptions. His recommendations were consistently accompanied by clear and concise explanations, which I found to be highly commendable. A minor issue that arose was promptly and effectively resolved. While a brief disagreement occurred due to a misunderstanding on my part, Nick's clarification and reiteration of his rationale quickly demonstrated the validity of his approach. My only significant challenge was the commute to the facility; (Van Buren has a lot of traffic lights) otherwise, the experience was flawless. The pricing, service, and communication all warrant a five-star rating.

I was to get full car Gloss Max PPF, plus SYSTEM X MAX G PLUS ceramic coating, This included a 15 year film warranty of which he charged me $7800.00. He said he would need my car for aprox 5-days. I'll keep this short and to the point. The car is ruined, I cant even at this point get anyone who is a professional PPF installer to touch my car! DO NOT TAKE YOUR HIGH END VEHICAL TO THIS SHOP!!! Nick is not a professional in any way. He is avoiding me, not taking my calls, he has applied two different products to my $200k corvette, the PPF and peel clear! It is cut horribly showing seams, film lifting, film not covering car completely, some of the car is matte like and some is gloss. There are several areas of chipped paint. He attempted to rectify the problems 3xs each result being worse than the last! I have pictures of damage, many videos as well as text conversations where he is contradicting condescending, behaving erratically. One minute he's telling me I'm the best client ever and in the next breath saying the results of his work are my fault due to my pressuring him to fix the poor workmanship on my car!! he's not honoring the warranty on either product either! There's so much that has occurred in well over a months time with this shop/Nick that id be typing for hours! Just be sure you go elsewhere for this type of product and due your due diligence when hiring anyone to place protection of any kind on your vehicle! I did tell him I was stuck between 55% windshield and 15% all around or go with 35% windshield and 5% all around. I came back to check the car out after it was finished, I am very happy with the 55% windshield and 15% all around as that is already dark enough for privacy. For someone like me that drive a lot and drive at night time a lot - I will consider this a gray area for driving at night time. If I went with 35% windshield and 5% all around - I don't think i'd be as happy lol. That would be too dangerous at night time driving. I also got the head lights PPF (light smoke). Day one, due to moisture was scary to drive at night time. After day one was over, it looked phenomenal from the inside out... I was debating on changing the PPF head lights out for clear on day one, now that I am used to it and the moisture disappeared, I can see just fine at day and night. Only thing I can say about the cons, I noticed a little bit of glue left over on the side window. Besides that, they did a very good job and Leo don't mess around about his business, he is serious about getting the job done right.

They polished the entire van which was brand new and did there ceramic coating on the outside and inside of the vehicle. Within a few months I noticed that the top of the van not the body or the front the top of the van was covered in swirls. It's been at least 3 months possibly more that I've reached out on Facebook texted the owner and keep getting promises that someone will reach out to me to schedule a time. Basically this morning I again reached out saying if we can they this fixed I will update my review and take to small claims I spend thousands with this company paid cash and they can't handle fixing there own mistake. Great I definitely won't be using them again not refer any business and I will update my review on google as well. I even offered to pay to have them wash my van and fix the issues but have been rejected. The owner wants me to take him to small claims so I guess I'll file the paperwork this week.
