They also lost my garage door opener. The young man who vacuumed my car claimed no knowledge of what could have happened to my garage door opener, but I know that they lost it. Then he claimed the vacuums wouldn't get everything out my seat (a little glitter). I asked him to go over it again. He did but not to my satisfaction. I then asked him to reclean the console which hadn't been cleaned at all. He cleaned it but they're attention to detail is non existent. I'm not sure if there's been a change in management and it hurts me to leave this review after having been going here for so many years prior. However being that I've spent $25 on a less than superb job hurts me more. Unfortunately I have to finish the job at home. They just lost a customer.

We were scheduled for the end of the day, and with other jobs and traffic he didn't get here until about 5:45pm. I was a little concerned, but needn't have been. Even though it was 'just' the Basic Package, he did a FANTASTIC job, no cutting corners at the end of the day. And even doing my best job at a wash and wax, I never brought out the shine and sparkle that he coaxed out of it.
