they dont deserve any stars & needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! these are the same people who been owning this dealership just changing their name! see news channel 12 report on them! nothing has changed!!! just like they said on their website, they are family owned & operated & been in augusta, ga for 10 years! they are nasty liars from the owners brent , alex, to mikey uncle tom behind just like the black lady who answers the phone and that witch lisa, 1 of the secretaries!!!!!!!!! these people are liarssss!!!!!!! how & why are yall driving an uninsured car and drove out a half of tank of gas then lied like it was under half a quarter tank yet its 26 miles to e!!! and alex want to say they will not reimburse my gas after getting mad bc i told him i wanted to check my gas hand, want to say why, what if the gas evaporated basically like what am i going to do about it, after also stating they drove my car when they repossessed it, so yall dont even have a tow or use a towing company & charge $150 for repossession!!!! i hate this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hate these people !!!! yes unfortunately i came here instead of a real dealership!! got old soda cans in my car along with going through all of my stuff trying to steal things out of my car!! you already overpriced this car $9000 yall aint nothing but some dirty nasty lying crooks and wonder why i catch attitudes & talk bad about them! their business practices are beyond crap!!!!!! they think yall can treat & talk to people any kind of way bc your a last resort!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stop going to these crooked people idc what you need, dont be like me & the rest, be smarter! keep your money and take it else where like a real dealership idc how high the down payment is!!! never ever again and never will i recommend anyone to come here!! run away !!!!! then on top of that, they like to put dents & scuffed up damage to your car & break the inside door handle lock which now cant open the inside of the car door, gotta roll the window down!! stay away from this crooked place filled with crooked people! coming here is not a good decision for anyone idc what n o b o d y say! i went off what someone said, naw keep your money and sanity and go give it to someone who actually takes pride and integrity in their business from their cars, business practices, and nasty ass secretary lisa! along with the black guy mikey, (micheal dawson] lying behind, and that old lady who answer the phone for them! they dont car what life situations you may have going on nor try to work things out with you they simply shut the car off and repo it after 1 week!! they sell you dirty cars and say if you dont like it dont buy it, they lie especially mikey saying they fully service their cars b4 selling, yeah right! i had break issues 2 weeks after receiving the car, they still havent fixed after taking to them twice!!! the air went out twice! the gears are not switching correctly and everytime i go out of town the orange tool ranch light comes on and the car starts jerking & stalling out and tell me im the only one who experiences it! the tires are dry rotted!! & want to tell me its a courtesy to fix anything although they lied during the sale! they lie & say they dont report to the credit bureau yet thats a lie! they are partnered with abc loans which means they report to abc and abc reports to the credit bureau! which means they report to the credit bureau!!!!!!!!! they don't have in house financings! when i mentioned they trashed my car the 2nd secretary want to say the door was locked when they picked it up which contradicts the owner alex statement bc they are liars trying to cover their lying behinds!!! if you are smart you can continue to put 2 and 2 together! look at the reviews on here and their responses to people, says all you need to know!!!!!! read more
