Met my mom at prestige car wash to have their minivan detailed as a gift. We chose this place as my parents live in South London. The fellow inspected the van and told me that due to animal hair we would be up charged 45 bucks. He showed me the hair in the trunk a few human grey hairs were evident. Very poor service, nobody seems to or wants to speak English. Car wash itself is only average, last time I was in they damages some trinkets on my dashboard, when I addressed it, "no English" Value is not that great, just an automatic car wash with few fools trying to clean the inside and of course looking for a tip. Vehicles are clean when you leave but the price has gone up like crazy. This time - I waited in line for 40 minutes only to be given a different price than usual. Their pricing is not visible while you wait in line AND the pricing is also subjective depending on the state of your vehicle. The guy looked in my truck said it would be $40 extra because there was some dog hair on the bottom of the seat. I have leather seats so the hair was literally just on the bottom of the seat. All I said was "seriously?" He said very sharply that it says on the sign that it depends and then he just walked away without even saying anything else.. didn't even wait for me to make a decision on whether or not I wanted it... just sassily walked away. I have been going to Prestige Car Wash off and on for 20 years. I moved away for 10 years and when I came back they are now in to detailing... my SUV is like brand new. Paid for the top priced cleaning service. After picking up the car I spent half an hour cleaning all the crud they missed on the tire rims inside door trim backs of the front seats and stains from the cleaning products all over the base of the back seats. This car wash is the worst place to go. They are very rude and would want to charge ridiculous amount for extra wash. They inspect your car and speak to you as if they are going to do it for free... Instead of going there and spoiling your day with their very bad reception, think of washing your your car at home by yourself. read more

Over priced and could have gotten a better wash at a Petro Canada car wash. Had to pay $7 extra to clean my rims and another $7 to have the tires dressed and hand dried. Got to my parents place two blocks away and the rims were still dirty. Don't really think that's full service. I don't recommend this place read more

they added on a extra 100$ charge and didn't finished the entire car, didn't clean or wipe out the cup holders, or the middle console, crack do my seats weren't cleaned, basically could have stayed home and wipes down my truck and got the same results, 200$ literally for nothing, will never be returning. read more

I had someone bring my car here for a some detail work done to the car but they left out all the details. When I got the car back there was dirt spots everywhere but it smelt nice. I called and the young lady on the phone was very rude and finally talked to the manager which told me to bring the car in and they'll take care of it. I had to drive a half hour to get them to whip a few things which I could have done myself at the same time you knew they were talking crap about you in Arabic. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more
