I spent $17,000 with Dr Reddy at Prestige for 8 veneers (u have to pay in advance). After we did the temporaries, the veneers came back from the labs completely different - all different lengths, shapes, not even straight up + down. They broke 2 placing them to give changes to the lab. I went in 3 times to go over the final changes + examine the ones they broke. Then they suddenly said, they don't feel like ordering them + the messed up broken ones were fine as is!!! I have spent months speaking to office manager Maria. They refuse to release my photos, xrays + CTs that I paid for, will not issue refund + said the owners refuse to discuss it. This is a scam dental practice, run. read more

I agree with Scam alert. I called twice and verified my insurance. When I arrived I learned it's out of net, I must submit and any Medicare insurance is out of network. I made an appointment for a cleaning and upon arrival was told I would not get a cleaning, the doctor would do a consultation and they would take X-rays. Never asked when they were previously taken. Didn't want my previous records and just wanted to give my a consultation and drag me back in for more charges for a cleaning. I'm 73 and have all my teeth but I'm quite sure they would have found some additional charge. BEWARE of these people. Find someone else. I refused to stay asked for my paperwork and left. Money hungry! Brought in for my appt. set up in chair AND THEN CALLED A STAFF MEETING!!! Kept me sitting in the chair for at least 15 minutes! NEVER do that to a patient!!! HAVE YOUR MEETING FIRST! I was about to have extensive work done on my upper and lower right side of my mouth. They screwed up with the overlays... extra time for me in the chair, a nightmare! They had to prep the overlays correctly so they would fit. I was totally exhausted after over 4 hours in the chair have an assistant yanking to remove the temporaries, not the dentist! When I was preparing to leaving they were trying to pushing me into have the LEFT side of my mouth done. No Way! Got a second opinion from an HONEST dentist and what Dr. Hurwitz said was decay and that I needed to have the work done was wrong! TOTALLY DISHONEST! The new dentist that I went to for a second opinion said there was NOTHING WRONG with my teeth! So glad my friend told me about him! I am so grateful for his honesty and reasonable costs. SCAM ALERT!!! This practice UP-SELLS EVERYTHING! My husband was under nitrous oxide for 1 hour and 10 minutes... they said they were doing him a favor by not charging him another hour for the extra 10 minutes...then while he was under the influence of nitrous oxide they sold him on $110 cavity treatment and didn't let him get out of the chair until he paid. They talked him into 2 crowns for $2,200 each....with insurance! So...he paid 1/2 up front. Once again...they brought him the invoice while he was still sitting in the hygienist chair. I went to this office Dec. 15th, 2021. I called to get there prices and the receptionist told me it would be for a root canal & crown it would be $1600. for 1 tooth. I made the appt and went in for the work. I was treated very nice, and anxious to get it done because it was hurting me, the crown that was on was coming loose. So I was in the chair for 5 hours, my tongue was all cut up, it hurt for a week. Well I said I didn't want space between it & the new crown because food was always getting Stuck there. So the dentist made the crown on the 3D computer and was put in. When I went to checkout they said my bill was for $2612.00. I was pretty groggy and wanted to get out of there, so I handed her my credit card, not really realizing that it was 1000. more! So they got me! I would do 0 starts if I could. This place is a scam. I have insurance and they make up codes that they know the insurance company will not pay so you're stuck holding the bill. They pressure you into work that you may or may not need. And their bedside manners are horrific. They do not pay any attention to the patient. So they started some dental work for me and after getting a second opinion on pricing I decided not to go back for the work to be completed. Prestige dentistry, sadly is just another commercial dentist office that only treats you as a number. Let's start with the fact that they buy your reviews , and entice you with gift cards at the prize wheel to write a review before you leave. So I'm pretty certain that most the reviews are monetarily coerced! That being said, they can't do their billing either or they are just scamming people out of their hard earned money! My wife went in for a cleaning and was convinced she needed a $800 deep cleaning, I went in and they wanted me to do the same deep cleaning, upon checkout they fold me she owed $21, I said well just add it on my bill and I paid it. We later get a bill, oh this was from another visit and misbilling "its your insurance fault, they didn't pay what was anticipated ". We argued over and over that how is it that every bill needs extra money. So eventually from a very bad taste we said please cancel our followup appointments, use the prepaid deposit she paid for an upcoming appointment and send us a refund for the remainder. We later get a bill with an explanation of the billing and miraculously her deposit is gone and we still owe the $21. A week later they are calling to reschedule the appointment that was canceled. This place is a money hungry dentist mill that either is completely incapable of doing billing properly or just sucks your money out , for something that our insurance pays 100% which is cleanings. My experience with this dentistry office is totally negative. I went there on Oct 01,2014 and they did all the Oral exams and radio graphic images then they walked me through a detailed plan. Since then i did not have appointments except for cleaning !! When i ask in the front office after the cleaning appointment about the actual plan treatment start, i got a response that they will contact me when they get my insurance response to schedule treatment appointments. I got multiple insurance replies but never get an appointment from Prestige Dentistry to start treatment plan. Now i have lost my last year insurance allowance and till now no call about starting the treatment. Even worth, i got claim details about the cleaning i did there, with one service that they charge me double the price. So i called them, they took a note and told me that they will call in the afternoon. Of course no call either that day or following days so i called again after a week , they said they are waiting for doctor's reply and will respond to me in couple of days. That was last response i got from them over a month. So be aware of this office specially by cost they charge you and poor or actually worst communication and patient care ever.
