Troy came out and evaluated our front yard that had failing centipede grass and significant…read moredrainage issues. He laid out a great solution to our drainage issue and executed it flawlessly. While putting in the collection basins for the pump they found our main water line and put in a proper shutoff in a handbox. This is a big help for the future. The drainage setup has worked very well even during storms if 2+" of rain, which have flooded our yard in the past. He diagnosed our yard as too shady for the centipede and recommended the zoysia as a better option for our yard. They cleared the old grass, prepped and leveled the yard to be ready for the new sod. The care with which they installed the sod was impressive. Three weeks in and the yard is greener than ever and the sod is doing very well. The price was fair and they met our needs and executed exactly what we had discussed.
