***JUST A WARNING*** This is my moms car. Everything on this car is 10/10 except for the hood. It had a couple of rock chips from being so low to the ground and driving it so much. Which is why we wanted to get the hood painted to match how clean the rest of the car is. We took it to prestige paint & body. I'm so upset to say, the car looked 100% better then what it did before taking it in. All we wanted was the hood painted and the rest of the car polished and buffed. The first time we went to go get the car it wasn't ready when they said it would be (Friday). Could have called & told us "hey it's still not ready sorry for the inconvenience". They did not. Anyways we looked at the car after them telling us we could not. (They actually told us you can't look,it's not finished. We went to the front desk & said is there anyway we can see our car. The women went outside to get another man & when she asked him with us standing beside her he throw his hands up, didn't speak & walked away.... talk about a good first impression!) The hood was not even painted! Chips all in the paint! They also said they buffed to hard that it knocked off paint around the tip of the hood. Told me they could fix it in 30 minutes, I waited. Finally getting to look at the car again, they put black paint on it. It was uneven & just plain horrible! All of the black moldings on the car are now ruined. (From spaying something on it & buffing) They said they did not do any of it! Denied everything. & said they would not fix it. They did see that they actually did not paint the hood at all and said they would paint it this time. Told us it would be ready that Monday, it wasn't ready till Friday. So a whole week. The second time we went to get the car, the hood was finally painted. But the tip of the hood was still messed up! We opened the door & the handle has now looks like a dog has gotten a hold of it & just had a brawl! I've seen work trucks that don't even look like this. I am sick! Once again they said that's from old age, we did not do it. We went to go pay & what do you know.... they priced it a whole $100 more. They went back down the price it was originally set at & said it was to keep "peace".... DO NOT take your cars here! They lie! They are so very rude! Just a warning to people before taking something you work hard for & care about to people who had said on the phone "well things just happen" have this ego. It just shows their work ethic. read more

I had a young man let a shopping cart get away from him and it dinged my car pretty bad. Only had the car a few months when this happened. Took my car to Prestige and it looks like a new car again!!! DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP!!!! Back in January of last year, my mother got into an accident where she called this body shop to tow the vehicle from the scene of the accident. At first it seemed like going with this body shop was a good idea until she received the vehicle back and within 15 mintutes from leaving this body shop, I received a call from her saying that the vehicle wouldn't start and all the vehicle's panel lights were on. So, I met her at another auto shop in our town where they told her that the radiator had no antifreeze in it and that she had just dodged a potential tragedy of the engine blowing up because of the negligence and poor professionalism of the mechanics at Prestige Body Shop in Lancaster. What's even worse, is when I called this body shop and informed them of what was going on I was then told that they had put antifeeze in the vehicle knowing that they hadn't because the coolant jug was bone dry and completely empty. Furthermore, this body shop is all about the money and are very unorganized. So, please don't use this body shop if you care about your investment and your time and in our case - your life. read more

Terrible customer service!!! No one seemed to know what is going on. Every time I called they said that they were waiting on the adjuster and after awhile they said that they could not get in touch with the adjuster. I would look online and see where the adjuster had been out and made payments; he went out 4 times and every time I called him he answered right away. It ended up taking 5 weeks (with me calling and stopping by often) to get what was said to be a 5 day repair done. Our adjuster suggested that I find a different repair shop at one point during the ordeal! Then we realized that they damaged the grill during the repair. Pictures from after the accident showed no damage to grill so insurance company denied the request to fix it and body shop refused to repair it. And pick up was painful because that only accept cash or cashiers checks no personal checks then they made us take the cashiers check back to the bank and have the company name changed! read more
