They noticed that I had missed closing a window and were quick to tell me before washing that side of the house. They did a beautiful job. There was minimal trampling of my flower garden (It's a large garden with very dense growth and would be impossible not to stomp a few cone flowers.) My car was parked close to the house, so to get the wash solution off the car, they washed my car! They also gave my patio a quick hit to wash the solution off. Great job! Ensured all splattered solution was cleaned off the unintended surfaces. Took a lot of care. Will use them again!

The very next morning, as promised, a tech rang me first thing to let me know they were on the way. Aiden and his assistant not only did an excellent job cleaning my gutters, but took pictures and video of trouble spots and a soffit that had some damage. Aiden explained what was causing the problem and provided some potential solutions. They then did a fantastic job cleaning up and even cleared off my entire deck! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC PROBLEM. THEY SEEK ACCESS TO YOUR HOUSE TO TELL YOU YOU NEED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF REPAIRS. THEY ARE A RELIC FROM LONG AGO. like the mechanics who told you your car needed a new engine regardless of its condition. My advice? Avoid.

JP was at my place the next morning and did an outstanding job on my gutters--which I appreciated extra as it rained nonstop for the next 3 or 4 days. I had never had gutters cleaned before and was curious about price, so in case you're wondering, it cost $130 for them clean my almost 1800 square foot house. JP came out to the house, walked around, confirmed the over the phone quote, helped with moving stuff, then went to work. He was cordial, respectful and reasonably priced. When the work was finished, he asked that we walk around the house again to inspect. The work was 110% satisfactory to get me off the naughty list, but JP saw one window that wasn't quite up to his standards. He didn't let it slide, pointed it out, grabbed his ladder and cleaned it by hand.
