As often happens, they discovered and fixed some additional problems while doing these repairs, such as a small fix to skylight flashing that (hopefully) solved a leak that wasn't even on their original scope of work. The final cost was only a little more than their original estimate (very reasonable). We were very impressed with AHE's communication and work ethic. We plan to use them again for other work on our aging wood siding house.

They are a small company but have been growing very quickly over the last several years. I know this because I first contacted them about some landscaping concepts three years ago. They have grown significantly, I am sure from word-of-mouth, and now have multiple logo-wrapped trucks. I've been gut-renovating, almost exclusively DIY, a 100+ year old house. The front porch was brick stairs but they were in bad shape and had uncomfortable tread and riser dimensions. The young man Abraham from Rosete Hardscapes had some excellent ideas about how to retain the existing base but enhance the design with additional concrete, brick, and limestone. As I said, I use very few contractors, preferring DIY, but this was a project I knew was beyond me. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Very skilled craftsman.
