I have over a decade of experience in commercial construction, and if you're considering them as a general contractor, I would not recommend them either. They went over project schedule by 17 weeks and 2 days. Ike consistently showed up late and rarely completed a full workday. He frequently arrived with the wrong materials, causing further delays. His work habits were careless, and tools were handled recklessly, damaging finished drywall and flooring. He also failed to contain drywall dust while drilling holes for recessed lighting, embedding dust into the wood grain and permanently affecting the finished floors. Most concerning, Ike had to be removed from the job site due to poor time management, unsafe electrical practices, and a clear lack of knowledge of residential electrical code. The new electrical contractor I replaced Ike with found that incorrect breakers were installed, and seven receptacles were found with loose or improperly connected wires which posed a serious electrical fire hazard to my home and family. I would strongly advise against hiring Enroute Mounts LLC for any residential electrical work.

When it was completed the TV was not level and screws were not tightened fully. I was shocked again by the $170 price when we had to provide almost everything. My husband had to hold the TV the entire time as well until it was mounted, 45 minutes to mount a TV... Once the provider left we realized the TV isn't even centered either, off by a foot so we are going to have to do it ourselves anyway.

May not sound like much, but two 6 x 10 foot beds each 1 foot deep produced tons of dirt in weight and at least 4 cubic yards of volume. My truck can safely haul about 1/2 of a cubic yard (due to the weight) so to give you an idea that is about 8-10 pick up loads of dirt. It would have taken me days to load my truck by hand to only then shovel it out by hand if I could find a place to dump it! So, hauling it myself wasn't an option. By the way, the county landfill (Chesterfield) doesn't allow you to bring in dirt. You need to work with someone who can dump at a commercial only landfill. On the Spot Hauling run by Diamond and Chris were the only folks who actually committed and showed up to do the work. I spoke to five other companies including one who swore he could do the work and did show up early in the morning on a Sunday in a small vehicle with a trailer he used to collect leaves only to take pictures, tell me he has a "buddy" who can bring in a front end loader and a dump truck and quoted me a crazy price. He had to go away empty handed. Chris and I reviewed the work one more time on the phone afterwards and he came that same day - a Sunday- ready to work. We had a ballpark price based on pictures and my description. Nothing changed, he was true to his quoted price for the work. We did make an adjustment for his dump fee (its not cheap to get rid of dirt in comparison, for example, just household garbage) which he had told me on the phone was the only variable he didn't know until he got here and we started loading his trailer. Chris, Diamond and Carlos worked over two days - Sunday all afternoon and Monday all morning- to load their very large dump trailer and clean up around the area I orginally placed the dirt in my driveway. They used shovels and also had a machine to help move the dirt into the trailer but that was on rubber tracks and did no damage to my driveway or yard. They worked safely, swiftly and with purpose. Their interactions with myself and my wife were very professional. After they left, I quickly power washed my driveway in the afternoon and it was like nothing was ever there! I definately recommend Diamond Chris and On The Spot Hauling and will be calling upon them again for other work. I encourage you to do the same!

What an awful experience. They heavily damaged a valuable Danish teak chair. They dented a speaker…read morecone on my B&W's and then scratched up a new dining table. The owner Denzel said that I should have signed up for the insurance (I admit I overlooked it). But, that's not the point. The point is that they damaged items in the move. They offered to pay for the chair repair ($175) and they never did. DO NOT use them. Even if you have insurance. They also put a fake review from me on moving.com. Look it up on the web.

Phenomenal movers. They picked up the job last minute, worked so quickly even with really heavy…read morefurniture. Very friendly, accommodating, and professional. They even offered to come back later to the new place to unload, where they unpacked 2 trucks in super fast time. Not one thing was damaged, they put everything where we needed it. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Will definitely use again if I ever move again.
