The lot is crushed concrete but is well taken care of in the terms of the land being very level. Hardly any low spots and a good drainage from what we could notice. Our trailer looked as good bringing it home 2 weeks ago, as it did when we said goodbye for the winter. They have a dumping station and water so that we could blow out trailer before bring it home- how convenient is that. The automatic sliding security gate requires you to punch in your code to enter and to exit the premises. The price is the best in town, of the 7 places we called. My husband and I feel very confident with this storage company.

I brought the property owner into the unit to see the water, mold, and damage. Despite looking at standing water, he insisted that the unit did not leak. Despite looking at mold covered boxes, floor, and walls, he assured me there was no mold in the unit. He took zero responsibility for the lacking maintenance of the building. I paid for a dry place to keep my things. North Macomb mini storage did not uphold their end of the transaction. I would not recommend anyone do business with this place.
