There are requirements before entering every country and Visas and health forms you need to fill out. Phyllis made it so easy for my husband and I to know exactly what is required and when to start the process of applying for visas and when to take our required covid tests. She not only booked and organized the hotel and excursions but checked up on us frequently to make sure everything was running smoothly and to double check that we started the process to get to the next location. I booked a group reservation for several passengers (air travel only) for travel last month. Upon…read morearrival at the airport, we were notified by the airline agent that our flight was cancelled. When I inquired why there was no notification, the agent told me the booking agent (Lisa at Frosch) was notified as she was the only point of contact on the reservation for changes (such as cancellations). This was very disappointing as if she was the only point of contact (not myself), I would have expected her to let me know before we arrived at the airport so we could make alternative plans. As such, I had to rebook our flight, and as a result lost out on out of pocket expenses for our prepaid Vrbo, rental cars, etc. Upon our return, I reached out to Lisa to get an explanation, and after one week still have had no response. I cannot recommend Frosch, especially when they do not have the common curtesy to at least respond back on what happened with our reservation.
