Service was good (14 days turn around) however we got popped with a $970.00 charge to our CC. There were hidden fees that weren't informed to us. After numerous emails and calls to customer service, Travisa refunded $140.00. In our humble opinion $830.00 for two visas is still way too expensive compares to other visa services. They even charged $23.00 for downloading the application, their reason was because the order wasn't submitted online. Topped with a $38.00 for the pre-printed FedEx label...another word if you mail in the application out-of-pocket is $61.00. If you decide go with Travisa make sure you get all the fees upfront. And read the reviews, Travisa is "known" for overcharge and tack on hidden fees.

I had an appointment at my local post office last Friday and it was the only appointment available until late July. We show up and the passport clerk called in sick and cancelled all the appointments. I was so pissed and also worried because I don't know what else to do so I Google searched what my options were and I came across this place. Please don't get me wrong, I was a bit skeptical about this place, just seemed like a scam or shady, but after some research, I decided to give it a go because we were desperate to get this down in time especially because I'm flying out of state this weekend and won't return until the end of July so I had to help my son out now. Anyways, staff member Jenny helped me over the phone answering the infinite questions that I had for her. She was super friendly, patient and thorough with me so I can better under what I need to do and why. This was on a Friday on the phone with her and I'm located about 2hrs from their office. She's off on Mondays, but she prepped a packet for me to show up on Monday when she didn't have to. She did this off of pure good faith that I'd show up and not ditch. Upon coming to their office, the small and dark parking lot was super empty and there was a homeless guy sleeping on the ground along the stairwell and front entrance. It gave me the feeling again that the good-to-be-true awesome service, was at this shady looking place. It just so happens that that we were just there early and more cars started to fill up the lot. Another staff member, Ricardo helped me and he was super fast and friendly. We showed up at 9am and were out the door before 930am to go to an USPS appointment that Jenny set for me. It was a farther, but necessary drive to take care of this process today so that I'm not driving back and forth. Once we were done with the Post Office, we returned to drop off the sealed envelope so that it could be FedEx'd the next day for processing. Because this was considered "expedited," I had to pay $580 for the whole process plus $35 Post Office processing fee and an extra $45 fee for FedEx services to have it shipped to my house overnight once the Post Office does their part. This office did all the work and we just had to sign and go tot the Post Office. I wouldn't be paying this much if I just paid attention to my son's passport expiration date, but this was a hard lesson learned and timing was against us. Overall, I definitely recommend this business should you ever need an expedited passport. Staff were all around, AMAZING. Parking lot is super small and shady looking lol. Just park and walk upstairs through the front glass doors. It appears that there is no elevators so for those handicap or can't walk up the stairs, I would call first. The hours show 24/7, but they do in fact have office hours. Hopefully Google Edit will accept my request to update their office hours.

And all within our budget! My parents have had Maren plan other trips and we all love working with her. My recommendation is to do just a modicum of research on your own and ask Frosch to make the things you want happen... We did this with Egypt and I think we have a life-changing trip coming up in 2015! My husband and I did ZERO research on Bali before we went, and I think if we had, we would have gotten to do some more off-the-beaten-path activities which we would have enjoyed. That being said, my parents had a very unique and personalized experience in Australia... I think it just depends on the location you have in mind. If you want a unique experience, the ultimate in comfort, and a trip that is entirely seamless, booking with Frosch is the way to go!

When I inquired why there was no notification, the agent told me the booking agent (Lisa at Frosch) was notified as she was the only point of contact on the reservation for changes (such as cancellations). This was very disappointing as if she was the only point of contact (not myself), I would have expected her to let me know before we arrived at the airport so we could make alternative plans. As such, I had to rebook our flight, and as a result lost out on out of pocket expenses for our prepaid Vrbo, rental cars, etc. Upon our return, I reached out to Lisa to get an explanation, and after one week still have had no response. I cannot recommend Frosch, especially when they do not have the common curtesy to at least respond back on what happened with our reservation.
