I did ask if they were in network with Cigna and was told the are in network. I tried to verify a couple of providers on the Cigna website and the website is down for maintenance. He carefully researches and passes along his findings in a very logical and understandable conversation that never feels one-sided. I am a difficult patient because I am an RN and Will is always willing to listen and allows me to vent my concerns. My wife has always been seen by females but she now is a patient of Mr. Nesbitt. There is a reason for that! The Staff is courteous and attends to every call or inquiry in a prompt, professional manner.
