He scoffed and started going on about how "the first hit is always the most crucial" and "my saying is; if you burn 'em you keep 'em" which would be understandable if we were hitting it back to back but that vape was hit twice! No long hits either. He sold us another one for "market price" but it's crazy to think we had to pay for another one to replace the dud they sold me in the first place.

The lady that helped me that first morning was very patient with me and showed me the ropes and explained the products and the vape apparatus I chose with her guidance! Very professional and great customer service from her and the other employees that have helped me when I've gone back on weeknights. Took it back to the store and they said the disposable in the box wasn't even the same product and refused to swap it out or refund me. They had to get it out of a locked box when I purchased it, so the only explanation is their employees are swapping out the real product with broken knock offs and then GASLIGHTING customers when they realize their product doesn't work.
