The lady that helped me that first morning was very patient with me and showed me the ropes and explained the products and the vape apparatus I chose with her guidance! Very professional and great customer service from her and the other employees that have helped me when I've gone back on weeknights. I've tried a few other vape/smoke shops in the area but as I said Wickedly Hot set the bar so high the other shops around just can't quite reach it for me. I know from personal experience that sometimes those vapes can mess up randomly. The guy that worked there handled himself professionally and patiently and even offered him a discount on another vape.
