Olga from Prestige wedding decor helped make our dream wedding happen, after COVID caused us to switch to plan B. Olga worked with us to help plan our fairy tale wedding when we were supposed to get married this May. Her suggestions were right in line with our style and her prices were very fair. When we had to pull the trigger on our big fat 500 person Indian wedding, Olga worked with us to design a whole new mini outdoor wedding this August. She helped transform a little outdoor gazebo into a beautiful wedding mandap, and truly worked with us on every detail until the last moment. Evgeni was so great to work with and helped me have my dream wedding. He and his team transformed a church gym into the beautiful reception area I couldn't even imagine was possible. He listened to all our concerns and walked us through all our options step by step. I found Prestige online and was at first a bit nervous and skeptical of how cheap their Chivari chairs were (only $5!) compared to nearly $13 at Hall's Rentals. However, after doing some reconnaissance (seeing the chairs at another venue) they were obviously in excellent condition so we signed with Evgeni. The chairs arrived on time, he stayed to move them since our caterer wouldn't do so and they looked great. We also used Prestige to do the lighting in the room, which I would highly recommend! My experience with Evgeni and Prestige Wedding Decor was incredible. We had him custom make our mandap/backdrop thingy, do the stage cover, backdrop and chiavari chairs. We probably would have had him do more if it weren't for some of the restrictions of our banquet hall and the fact that we realized quite late that he did so much other stuff for weddings. You will not find prices cheaper than his for chiavari chairs, I guarantee it! He is so nice about getting you whatever you need, meeting with him endless times, and talking the details with you at the site even before you book him for the job. After checking out a bunch of vendors, I was really surprised by them. They were prompt in dropping off and picking up the chairs the same day and we had no problem receiving our 97.00 refund check in the mail about a week after our wedding. When I picked my venue, all I could think about was how ugly their chairs were! So I began my search for gold chiavari chairs. Every event company in Chicago was charging $8.50-$9 per chair, which is just ridiculous. I refused to pay that and somehow stumbled across Prestige Wedding. Evgeni was great to work with. My mom and I went to his office to see that chairs, because I could not believe he was only charging $4.50--half price of the Chicago vendors! The chairs were perfect and he had different color cushions to choose from. A few days before the wedding I realized that I didn't need as many chairs as I originally thought and had already paid for. Evgeni was nice enough to adjust the order and refund the additional amount. I assume delivery and pickup went well because I didn't hear anything. Highly recommend! read more

These people are awesome. They know exactly what to do. You may not even know exactly what you want, but somehow, they do. They glamourized the heck out of my reception hall--they were swift, efficient, and professional. It turned out that the decor and the food were the biggest things our guests remembered. They were so EASY. Five stars well deserved, no doubt about that. Worth every dollar. Evgeni and his team did a wonderful job draping the entire hotel... something that had not been done at the Sofitel. It changed the room completely and it was about half the cost of other companies. The number one thing I disliked about the hotel was their chairs and I was set on getting chiavari chairs. Little did I know, other companies were costing around $9 a chair. Evgeni was charging HALF of that and the chairs were in great condition and made a HUGE difference in the feel/look of the room. I was skeptical because his prices were SO SO reasonable, but once I met with him in his office my worries were gone. I knew he would do an amazing job... and he did! read more

It was absolutely beautiful and all for a decent price. I worked with Alina and she was so helpful, prompt, kind, and funny as I was ordering everything a week before the wedding. I had called this company last Thursday around 10:30a to schedule an appointment to discuss decor for my wedding next year in August. The lady who had taken my call said that Alina would be able to meet with me at 6pm Tuesday July 12th. I arrive to the place to find out that they are closed! They were affordable compared to other Chivari chair vendors, the set-up and delivery was executed on time and smoothly the day of our wedding which required two different locations. We got married at the Carlisle Banquets in Lombard; while plenty of our guests had been there before for other weddings, EVERYONE told us they had never seen it look so magical before!! She is professional; always mindful of our budget and giving us plenty of options along the way. She went to the Carlisle a few times (once before we even committed to using her) to take measurements and give us an accurate quote. Prestige did a ceiling treatment with lights, draping, sweetheart table- everything and the cost was so reasonable ! Alina is so kind and humble!!! When you have to work with someone for a year, I believe it's important to have someone that will be easy to work with and respectful - which is everything Alina was and more. If I could give them six stars I would. We had two different venues- one for the wedding and another for the reception , both venues were very different, one was a temple auditorium/basement and the other was navy pier crystal gardens. The team at prestige and specifically Alina were AMAZING to work with. Alina was so sweet and understanding and I never once felt she was tying to upsell us like other decorators. They were extremely accommodating and kind throughout the process. In life nothing is gonna be perfect, this team really tries their best and I feel went above and beyond to make the venues look as beautiful as possible and they did , I couldn't ask for more. We spoke very little on the phone or through email - but everything went well. It was absolutely the best price for the chairs we could find! It saved us so much money. The only negative I have was it was hard to reach the team via the phone when we were trying to make our final payment - it constantly went to voicemail but we got through eventually. I was more than excited to hire Prestige for my wedding. I am an out of town bride and confided in Alina via email to help us create our dream wedding together. I had sent numerous emails back and forth to her over the course of 2 weeks. Once we perfected our proposal/written quote via email, we scheduled an in person meeting for the following weekend. I was going to drive from Cleveland to Chicago to visit her studio to meet her/book our date. But! - I couldn't even wait! I emailed her back and explained that I'd rather do a skype meeting because we were very ready to move forward. That was on Friday. By Sunday, I received a response email from her telling me she no longer could work with us because another bride WHO SHE HAD BEEN WORKING WITH FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS came in to the studio and decided to book that evening. She claimed the bride cut off communication for the last couple of weeks. Are you kidding? The first thing Prestige should have done was let me know they had been working with someone else for my date! Why would you be sending me proposals and numerous emails about a date another bride had not only inquired about, but had also planned on booking! Or maybe contacting the other bride first before pursuing me as a customer should have been the first move. But, instead, she let me know 2 days later and figured she would work with 2 brides at once and wait to see who would write the first check. She COMPLETELY wasted 2 wks of our time. It was the most unprofessional disturbing experiences of my entire wedding planning process. Truly, it was a blessing in disguise, I would never want to work with a company that can treat brides in such a way. This company has zero compassion for those paying them. I am so thankful this experience led my fiance and I to another company. I am a strong believer in everything happens for a reason! I cannot begin to explain how stressful wedding planning was for me (me being very type A) it seemed that I was at the mercy of every vendor I spoke to, especially when it came to Decor which was SO important to me. Evgeni was the only one who made me feel as though I had plenty of options, listened to me no matter how delusional I was being and even made prototype centerpieces for me to see before I even signed the contract. I'm just so glad I found a decorator who was understanding to me, and wasn't just after getting a contract signed and booked and on to the next bride. I was so down and out about the entire process until I met him. Not only was he really personable, he definitely delivered! We had an outdoor wedding and our mandap was my favorite thing ever, it was so beautiful! Of course there were a few things that did not go as expected, I was super detailed in everything I wanted, and these were very minor details, but overall, he did an exceptional job. He allowed me to bring in some of my own small DIY centerpieces and he provided the rest for the reception. He even supplied with me a frame, some statues and fabric to set up ourselves for a few smaller events we had prior to our wedding. Yes, it cost a decent amount but compared to others, his services were more affordable, personable and professional. I highly suggest going with his company! We recently had our wedding and worked with Evgeni for our Wedding & Reception in September. We had a few meetings with him. We rented chivari chairs, oval table connectors, and decor for both events. We had to deal with a few issues that interrupted our wedding weekend. Unfortunately, our venue called us the night before our event to tell us the oval table connectors were unsafe so the night before our wedding we had to make arrangements to rent other tables. Evgeni did promise us a refund for the oval tables connectors we paid for on our contract. Also at our wedding reception, our monogram was not centered and no one knew how to move it so we had to unplug it and were unable to use it. This was kind of upsetting as it was part of our wedding theme. Overall, Evgeni was great to work with and very reasonably priced. We would recommend him others for sure! Evgeni also worked well with our wedding coordinator to tackle any issues that occurred. We did receive a lot of compliments about our wedding and reception decor! read more
