Based on reviews on Yelp and Prestige's website, I called Alex to tint the windows for my wife's 2015 RX350. Alex was courteous and polite over the phone. We discussed tinting options and pricing. I decided to go with the Suntek Carbon series (18% on the front and 35% on the rear since the car came with privacy glasses on all windows except the front). We scheduled an appointment, but then I had to cancel the morning of the appointment due to a last minute scheduling conflict. Alex was understanding, and we scheduled another appointment. On the morning of the appointment, Alex was on time. We looked at the car, and he showed me different tint options against the windows. I decided to go with my original choice, and it took him about 2 hours total. (I also decided to add 35% to the moonroof.) Overall, I had a great experience with Alex and his services. It's been about a month and a half since the windows were tinted; however, I wanted to wait until the film settled before reviewing. I have not had any issues with peeling, bubbling, etc. I was concerned about the different shades of tint for the front and rear windows due to the OEM privacy glass and going with different %'s. The 18% on the front isn't a perfect match to the 35% on top of the privacy glass for the rears; however, it's not noticeable enough to bother me. I highly recommend Alex. Alex came to my house and put the 35% carbon on my windows and did a great job! He was punctual and professional. He got it done in the estimated amount of time and did a fabulous job. He placed tape on the windows to remind me not to use them for a couple days. There's even a warranty on the tint if it bubbles. And most importantly, I was very pleased with his quoted price. Alex is pretty awesome! I had to cancel on our first appointment as he does mobile installations. Then when he came to my work it took no less than two hours. My car is completely outside and baking in the sun. I was trying to be cheap and pay for the 1 year warranted tint. Alex actually decided to upgrade me to the 5 year tint for the same amount as the 1 year tint with no questions! He said that because my car was outside so much the 1 year tint would fade away in 6 months so he didn't feel right giving me the 1 year tint and upgrading the 5 year tint at the same price was the only right thing to do.
