He called the day before my appointment and made sure we were still on for the next day. I am really picky with who works on my car and all the reviews on here were spot on. I picked the best tint he offered with the life time warranty. I picked 18% all the way around and couldn't be happier. He did an amazing job and it took him about 2 - 2 1/2 hours to do the whole car (the cold weather was not helping). I recommend Alex to any body who wants to get there car tinted. I bought a new car, and love it, but those new windows needed tint! I started looking for a local tint place near Cypress and came across Prestige Window Tinting. I checked out the site, and read the reviews, and decided to give him a try. Alex answered the phone, chatted with me about my options, and setup a day and time to come out. He said he would text me when he was on the way. When the time got close, he texted me just like he said he would and told me he was on the way, and showed up on time! So far so good! He showed me the samples of what he offered, talked about the qualities of each tint which helped me choose the tint for my car while looking at it. His prices were competitive, and the premium tint comes with a lifetime warranty. It was windy outside on the day that Alex was scheduled to do the tint job, and he made sure I parked in a location where the wind wouldn't compromise the tint installation process. I decided on 18% premium tint to match the rear windows on my Tundra; it is just a tad darker but not noticeable unless you're looking for it. I have bought a 2007 black Mercedes SL550 with a black interior this summer and the car would heat up incredibly after only a few minutes in the sun.
