I had the front side windows tinted to match the rear windows, and a light tint placed on the windshield to reduce UV rays and IR damage. The windshield tint is not noticeable and seems to be a common aftermarket installation; particularly in areas that get a lot of sun. During a very warm month of March, it seemed like it kept the interior cooler, putting less strain on the A/C. Gabe also applied PPF over the front of the vehicle and tailgate as well as door cups. It's nice knowing these surfaces are protected from rocks, and anything that could chip the paint. A lifetime ceramic coating was placed over the top of everything to promote a lasting shine and protection for all surfaces. This is the third vehicle that Gabe has provided this service for me, and he always does a great job. High attention to detail, dependable timelines and a fair price. His new shop in Marina is very nice and reflects his quality oriented business.

He also ceramic coated the white interior to keep it more child-proof and installed a windshield protection film to minimize rock chip damage. I'm super happy with how it all turned out and would highly recommend. Great service, communication, and quality work.

The owner did the work on my car is just super super chill super cool very very good job. I recommend getting your Windows tinted by these guys as long as they keep the price affordable. I'll keep recommending them and keep using them.

I had a really disappointing experience with Real Bros Auto Pros…read more I scheduled an appointment to have my window tint removed and replaced. This wasn't a small inconvenience--I took a full day off work (costing me about $700), drove over an hour to get there, and spent a good amount on gas since my car gets terrible mileage. When I arrived, I spoke with Alejandro--the same person who set up my appointment. After looking at my car, he refused to do the job. What really frustrated me was his reasoning: he admitted they are not capable of installing tint without leaving dirt, dust, or debris under the film. That completely contradicts what he told me when I first booked. I specifically asked about the quality of their installs, and he assured me they had zero tolerance for dirt or debris. That's the only reason I trusted them with the appointment. So I lost a day of income, time, and travel expenses for nothing. To make matters worse, Alejandro said he would Zelle me $100 to help cover the wasted trip and inconvenience. That never happened. Bottom line: poor communication, wasted time, and broken promises. I would strongly recommend finding a shop that is upfront about their capabilities and respects your time.

I went a couple weeks ago to have all of my windows tinted. I wasn't in a rush and even told them…read moreto take their time. When I picked up my car and inspected the work, I noticed that every single window had scratches on the tint. I understand that tint installation requires tools to remove air and bubbles, but the amount of scratching on each window was excessive. I pointed the scratches out, and the installer even tried wiping them with a microfiber cloth, but it was obvious they were on the tint itself. Instead of fully addressing the issue, I was asked when I could come back based on their availability rather than mine. Another issue was pricing. I was quoted $250 over the phone, but when I arrived, the price became $260 plus an additional $5 credit card fee. I didn't argue about it and paid the $265 because I've used this shop before and had good experiences. I brought the car back on Friday to have the issues corrected. I explained that all of the windows had scratches, but no one really inspected them with me or asked me to point out the problem areas. They only replaced two windows, while the rest still have visible scratches and bubbles. There are also some areas with bubbles and a few corners that don't appear to have been cut cleanly. I've used this shop in the past with all my vehicles and recommend it and was happy with the results, which is why this experience is so disappointing. Right now, I'm waiting a few more weeks to see if some of the remaining imperfections settle as the tint cures. However, if the scratches, bubbles, and cut corners remain, I'll have to bring the car back again. At this point, I'm very disappointed with the quality of the work and the customer service. I paid for a professional tint job and expected much better attention to detail. I'm hoping they make it right, but based on this experience, I don't plan on returning in the future.
