Offered me a credit plan and really pushed for a sale. Said she would call her repair provider to see about a toggle switch repair but never got around to a quote for repairing my hearing aids. I felt like I was being forced into a time share deal. Lot's of scary stuff about total lose of hearing if I didn't get the right device.
