I am a new patient and had made an appointment with DJ Mitchell as I was having an issue with my hearing aid fading in and out. Please note I purchased my hearing aids prior to moving to the area however, this was not a problem. From the moment I made the appointment til the moment I walked out the door, I was so impressed with the one-on-one personal care. DJ tries several things to get my left hearing aid working to no avail. I was given the options of sending them in for repair or because of their age, purchasing a new set. I want it known that under no circumstance was there any pressure to buy a new set from them but he did give me my options. Upon arriving home, the next day, miraculously, my hearing aid started working again. Although I have no need to go back right now, I definitely will go back to this office for their quality care. I expected to pay an exorbitant fee because I didn't buy my hearing aids there and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I owed nothing, even though he took a lot of time with me. JC Audiilogy is wonderful. My wife and I have trusted them for many years and we have been totally pleased with everything they have done. They are exceptional in every respect . I have recommended JC Audiilogy to several of my friends who have also been very pleased with their courteous professionalism. I recently had some difficulties with my hearing aids. They promptly scheduled an appointment for me to come in to diagnose the problem. They sent my equipment back to the manufacturer who replaced both the hearing aids and the charger at no charge. hello, this the second time i have visited this office for a problem with my hearing devices. Like the first time with DJ he listened to my problem and was very understanding and helpful in getting my aids back to working condition. This time it was more of a technical issue. I had a broken connector on my aids. DJ was able to determine the problem and make the needed repairs to once again return my aids to working status. I am extremely gratefull to DJ and JC Audiology for thier professionalism and quick and efficent service when it was needed. ​JC Audiology is a full-service facility . With a fantastic staff and an easy location . My audiologist Ryan Nurge, put me through a battery of tests and was very thorough, he spent a lot of time with me to make sure that every facet of hearing was observed. In the end he recommended only one hearing aid for the time being. My left ear tested worse than my​ ​right ear, which was within the parameters of "normal". I appreciated his honesty because it would have been double the cost. I would definitely recommend this facility if you are having trouble hearing . Once again I had an awesome experience. I had my annual hearing test about two weeks ago which went well with friendly and professional service indicating no additional hearing loss from the last test. During the exam it was determined that my batteries needed to be replace. An appointment was set up and had my batteries replace. I was welcomed with a friendly greeting and taken to get my batteries replaced on time and with a friendly and professional manner. This place is a full service audiological health clinic, not a hearing aid retailer (although of course their expertise covers this as well). Dr. Reese is not an academic, she is a clinical professional with unparalleled expertise in auditory health. I can confidently say as someone who has been wearing hearing aids since age two (I am 38) and experienced the entire spectrum of what is out there and available regarding hearing care that the day will come when JC Audiology goes out of business before I find a new audiologist.
