They pad their pockets with fabricated expenses to college students, trusting that they won't do anything about it. I've reached out to each vendor, who all graciously provided me with details, except for Jason who is the most egregious of them all. The owner of the home that Kevco is also being sued because they are parties to the property management agreement. Be careful - find a property NOT managed by Kevco if you can!!!! If you use them, take lots of photos like we did!
