Sally and her staff were excellent at working with our sometimes-difficult contractor as we did a…read moremajor home remodel project. The supply chain delays made the process challenging. Her 3D computer program was helpful to us because it was compatible with our contractor's. I am visual and need to see how the design and colors come together. We went through their idea process and unfortunately, I don't think Sally ever really got our design aesthetic. We had a budget which initially she agreed the scope of work would fit. I think normally she would have been a great project manager, and since our contractor didn't have one, she had to spend precious $$$ time dealing with that. We started over a year ago and today we will receive the final piece of furniture we ordered. I personally had to source numerous items, kitchen lights, couches, tile, rugs, furniture refinishing, upholstery, and this last item was a lamp, which she told me she couldn't get. She appears to use limited suppliers and doesn't decorate with any ready-made items, including furniture you already have. There was a lamp we had on order for over a year, and she informed me a week ago that they could not get it. I went online and found it in ten minutes. I called the company to be sure it was in stock, and they said yes and shipped it. I also found out that she special orders everything, so it is custom, and if you receive it and don't like it, you are still stuck with it, even if you were trusting her style sense that it would work in your space for the purpose you intended, and then it doesn't. She is talented professional but very expensive and she rarely communicates personally by phone or in person. If you have an unlimited budget and time, she will be a good fit for you.

We were shown one piece of stone for our countertop which we rejected and removed the countertop from their scope of work. They ordered a clear annealed glass window when the materials list and building code required a frosted tempered glass window in this location.
