You said that Danae had gotten my online inquiry and that she'd get back with. I stated that I wasn't trying to rush you and was patient because I want you to do the work. I reminded you that you said, "2 to 3 days (April 14) but it wasn't until April 24 that I got a concrete answer that you will not be doing the job. My contention isn't that you can't do the job, but that I wasn't given the courtesy to tell me that you weren't interested in providing the estimate nor would be able to do the job. If I hadn't called or inquired, I would never have gotten an answer at all. How could I give you a higher rating? You only came to look at the project. I can't grade you on quality, service or promptness because I have no reference point to go by. My review isn't harsh but simply stated as it happened.
