From the beginning, we agreed to their conditions, including paying two months' rent as a security deposit--well above the standard--just to help get things moving quickly and smoothly. Unfortunately, after two weeks of back and forth, the process turned into a frustrating runaround. For the past three days, I have called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails--yet no one has responded. No calls returned, no follow-up, nothing. This kind of lack of communication and professionalism is not acceptable, especially when people are relying on you to help with such an important matter like housing. BBB has been notified, and soon maybe a class action suit needs to be brought against this business.

It's infested with ROACHES! This is why my daughter had to move out. For a year she would have to wash every pot or pan before using it. They were in the dishwasher with clean dishes, in every cabinet, even the shower. One was crawling over my 15 year old grandsons head on ceiling. Had to move the boys out and in with me while she dealt with this disgusting issue. She asked for pest control every week since she was charged monthly for it. Didn't do any good. So she paid $2k a month for a roach infested apartment. The roaches were the worst the last year. She lived there 3 years. Her apartment was extremely clean and decorated like a model apartment. Forget the landscaping it is non existent. I've seen needles on the ground in the back by woods. Police are out there all the time. I was told by another resident there was a suicide. Pool is always dirty or closed. There are much cleaner apartments in Cumming. Run from this place!!!!
