The office staff were so loving, accepting and detailed. I found Prestonwood Pregnancy online and scheduled an appointment online same day and was able to go in a few hours later SAME DAY!. Even though I was 30 minutes late, the office staff were very accommodating and I didnt even have to wait to be seen. Rhonda Jones, site manager, was my personal advocate, friend, and clinic escort from the moment I went to the back of the clinic for my appointment. Rhonda was thrilled to be apart of my sonogram and even offered to have follow up care with me if I wanted to. Prestonwood Pregnancy is now apart of my journey as a new mom in many ways, and has offered to help me acquire what I need for a new baby to be taken care of in this world. ( car seat, cribb, diapers ect.) I also recieved an opportunity to sign up for classes online that will help me learn how to care for my baby, and with every class online I attended I recieve a reward stamp on my Prestonwood Pregnancy rewards card. Stamps can add up to a variety of items for my baby and I, plus the stamps represent the classes I did to learn how to adapt and care for baby, a double blessing! Super lovely staff and very fast services! I took two pregnancy test on 12/27/24 and both were positive! I have really bad anxiety and I need someone to confirm information like this with me face-to-face for me. So I immediately started to call all around and nobody was able to see me until the 13th or 14th of January! Which I'm very impatient and have very high anxiety so I really needed to find out sooner. My friend Alahna, who found out she was pregnant with twins with the help of the center referred me to Prestonwood. I called them and they were able to give me an appointment scheduled the very next day! They were able to confirm my pregnancy 12/28 and after set me up with an ultrasound appointment. Also, during the first appointment they met with me and my husband provided me lots of amazing information and prenatal vitamins! Today 1/17, I had such an amazing ultrasound tech who was so funny and so sweet and full of joy! Who was able to confirm! I am seven weeks and five days! She even let me take a little video of the heartbeat, even though she wasn't supposed to . She made me feel extremely comfortable doing the ultrasound on my tummy. I really really appreciate it and I love this whole center. They have also have an amazing shop that you only use points to purchase items! You earn points per visit and also per classes and if your spouse comes with!! (BONUS) . If you think you may be pregnant, definitely go ahead and book you a visit. You will not regret it. read more

This is my second time going through Prestonwood Pregnancy Center, and I have no complaints! My husband and I were new to everything with our first pregnancy, and so I did a google search for free pregnancy verification in our area that led me to Prestonwood. The experience was like no other! Everyone there was so inviting and friendly! Upon verifying the pregnancy, they took time to talk to each of us individually and collectively, which my husband and I appreciated the most being first time parents. I also received support from them down the line to come shop in their store and was able to get a few necessities for our son. It was such a blessing! I knew I could contact Prestonwood again this time around to verify my pregnancy, and I easily scheduled an appointment with them after taking a pregnancy test. This experience was the same as the first! We were at a different location, but everyone there was still so warm and welcoming. We were congratulated on our new baby, and to our surprise sent to get a sonogram the same day! We were so happy about that! Norma even followed up with me via text a couple of weeks afterward to see if I had found an OB. I am going to do more of the classes they offer as well. I would recommend Prestonwood Pregnancy Center to any new parents looking for initial care, guidance, and support along their pregnancy journey. They are the best! read more

I was introduced to Prestonwood by my Mother when I first found out I was pregnant. I had my first appointment and was a little nervous. Once I talked to someone I felt like I was in the right place. Christian based facility, I was prayed over by a worker. I was given resources and a free ultrasound. Across the street is their boutique. I met with a worker who helped me apply and get insurance! I got frequent check up texts, ever since I've showed my face those two times. Today I got a text and was reminded that I had credit with the boutique. I'm am beyond grateful and excited with my visit today. I was able to get my child some clothes, new born diapers, even a playpen/bassinet. All at the cost of the credits I've gained. It motivated me to apply for their classes and attend any other resources they have available. Which will allow me to gain more credit, so I am able to get more items to prepare for my baby's arrival. Getting those items today, lifted a big weight off my shoulders. I am beyond grateful for knowing about this facility. Being apart of a new community, that is helping me prepare to be a first time Mother. read more

I first found Prestonwood Pregnancy Center when I was 17 and pregnant with my (now) oldest son 16 years ago in 2009 (born 2010). They were just a teeny tiny office space back then but their hearts were as big and loving as they are to this day. I went on to have 2 more boys in the years to follow (2012 & 2016) and they were always the first ones I called after that little plus sign popped up Now in my early 30s and nearly a decade after my "last" baby haha I have found myself unexpectedly but pleasantly surprised with 2 more bundles of joy as well as getting to experience the wonderful warmth of everyone who works at Prestonwood all over again! To see all of the lives they touch through their prayers, kindness and helpfulness for all kinds of families is truly a wonderful thing and I love how much they have been able to expand and grow throughout the years too! My husband and I visited Prestonwood Family Resource Center for the first time about a month ago where we were attended by Shelly, Anabel and Olivia. We were greeted at the door with friendly smiles and made to feel welcomed. Shelly explained in detail how the point system works and shared information about the car seat voucher program. Anabel guided us around the shop and was able to provide helpful recommendations on some must-have items for newborns -- those wipes are sure to come in handy and the pack 'n play is just perfect for us. The free online classes and this baby boutique have been such a blessing to our little family. Thanks to these resources, we are feeling a little less overwhelmed and far more prepared for our little one's arrival. We are looking forward to attending some in-person classes in the hopes of learning more tips as first time parents and also meeting with others in the area. My Prestonwood family.... omg this center has been truly amazing to me and my family, beyond supportive and understanding. My experience with this center was truly a blessing, I wasn't sure of my decisions towards keeping my babies, or keeping my family together. I can honestly say, they do not only listen and take good care of you and your loved ones but they're very understanding and I love how they do not judge. The office experience has provided us with the education and experience at birth classes, gathering needed resources, assistance in counseling and much more. I saw three staff members speak on a panel about the work they do and after hearing them tell their stories I was blown away. They were all so genuinely passionate and so sincerely compassionate for the patients they help and their families. They even mentioned that they keep their staff as small as they can and have a lot of volunteers so as much funding as possible can go toward helping their patients. Such giving, loving people. They were so excited to tell stories of all the amazing things that happened at their center. I haven't personally been to the center but after seeing these staff members speak about their work the way they did, if I was ever in a need of a pregnancy center, I wouldn't dream of going anywhre else. read more

Being pregnant for the first time and having no direction whatsoever, they have really given me peace and comfort when I have most needed. I volunteered at the Pregnancy Center for over a year at the front desk. We can see upwards of 50 clients a day. We give a medical grade pregnancy test and a sonogram for FREE! We have caring and respectful employees, advocates and volunteers. We are here to meet you at your needs. We offer online classes where you can earn a free brand new car seat. We have men who will meet with the father of the babies and help them understand pregnancy and answer their questions - making them a part of the process. I just love our center! I was a volunteer here for a year and loved the way the staff treated clients, had a mission of excellence, and even said they wanted every woman to feel like she was given VIP, luxury care with FREE SERVICES! I loved being with these women so much and being a part of people's pregnancies in joy and sometimes sadness that I applied to work here. I am really greatful for this center, it is Christian based and when you come in you can feel it. Everyone is so nice and helpful, they truly care for others. They provided me with a free pregnancy test and I had to go back for an ultrasound.
