Can't lie I was skeptical at first ... but I spread the crème fraiche on the rye bread and combined with the salmon for each bite and it was awesome .. the salmon was the correct amount of smoky and fresh . The capers added a little contrast and flavor with the onions .... Nice small meal for breakfast before my next flight ... one more Hedgerow for the road lol ... side note the brightness of the location compliments the food and makes it a pleasant outing. We were there around 8am and the Louis Vuitton store adjacent to it was already open as well for folks who were in the mood to shop. The espresso was served in a beautiful glass adorned with the LV monogram symbols and the plate as well. Everything in each little detail was adorned with the monogram pattern. When I asked for sugar it was served shaped as a monogram flower. The napkin had a monogram flower and it was just so classy-ly done. What stood out to me was the croissant being brought by the chef himself and it was massive. There was powdered sugar sprinkled on top with the monogram flower shown in the sugar. The chocolate filling was made with some of the best chocolate one could have and the croissant itself was so flaky. It probably took me at least five to ten minutes to finish it because it was that big. Staff here was pretty friendly and I loved the touch of the bar decorated with three beautiful louis vuitton trunks. Take a moment to look around and appreciate the art, architecture, design, and interior decorating. It is all a blast.
