Also, I went in with natural healthy lashes. I also know how I like them. 1st appointment - The lashes fell out after 7 days. I told the tech natural and she did an ok job. Felt like I could give it another go. 2nd appointment- I told her natural and she gave me caterpillar lashes. I almost cried in the car! She didn't even hand me the mirror to look at them. Service was scheduled with a different lash tech. Service was not as great as the first time. Lashes broke from the weight she put on me! So so so so sad! Not happy. 3rd appointment- I booked before a day before wedding and they- MESSED UP and incorrectly scheduled my appointment for another day. I had to come the day of the wedding! What a mess! I missed out on important events!!!!!I was VIVID! A booking mistake before such huge event! Not okay. 4th appointment - rebooked. Again, a different tech. Thankfully tech was experienced and helpful. She even said your lashes are broken from your lash appointment- which sucks. She did the best she could because I told her I am in a wedding. The place did comp. this service for their big mistake which was nice but not enough to fix the inconvenience of missing out on a wedding! I never went back after that. SAVE YOUR MONEY. You pay way more than average price for poor quality! I don't recommend this place and its very sad. The place had so much potential. I hope they figured out all their mishaps and poor service. The owners are not lash techs so they don't understand the importance of training and ensuring all technicians are equal in quality. I had 3 techs with 3 different quality of service! I hope they fixed that. I don't like writing bad reviews ( I have run many businesses so I know how reviews can impact) but with how much they cost me it needed to be addressed publicly.

The morning of, I received a call that my assigned therapist was out Ill, and one of the add-ons I wanted was not something the therapists working that day were able to do. They were kind to offer me another service if I'd like, or just skip it and try next time. I thought that was very kind for them to call me and inform me, rather than me finding out when I arrived. Also, they were very understanding and caring about my sensitivity to LED lights due to my brain injury and other conditions, and had the lights practically off when ai got there for my appointment, just to ensure I felt as comfortable as possible. The room was also very dimly lit as well. So very thoughtful and kind. All of the ladies were extremely kind and pleasant. Very welcoming. I truly felt appreciated for being there. I was listened to, and felt "heard". My therapist focused on what needed the most attention, and i think may have even put me to sleep a couple times. It was an absolutely incredible experience, and I'm so ready to go back. I'm telling you now, do NOT waste your money on those chain places like Massage envy or any of the others. They are crap compared to this place. The pricing here is absolutely reasonable and the service you receive is top notch.

I felt like I kept needing to tell her it was okay. So by the end I couldn't tell you if I truly like pedicures. For me, it was just okay and I'd like to have someone who actually has experience next time, if there is a next time for me.
