I did have a reservation and they seated me right away they have plenty of chairs for pedicures and nails and offer several other services. When I sat down, the first thing they handed me was the drink menu with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. My tropical peach drink was delicious! The lady doing my pedicure was very attentive and make sure I like the way she did everything. They even have a timer to assure that you get the length of the massage included in your pedicure. My only complaint was that after a while the music they were playing started repeating itself and I heard one song three times. They hand you a small clipboard when you first walk in showing what you have a reservation for and the nail tech can add anything else before you take it back up to the register to pay. They have a large variety of services and I cannot wait to get my nails done there. Everyone was very friendly and I was surprised when they even used real aloe vera leaves during my pedicure. They have one person specifically working the front desk so there is no waiting for anyone when you get there or when you leave. I will definitely be back!

It can get pretty hectic because of Snooze. She gave me a heads up and reminded me to arrive a little earlier which I appreciated. We all need that punctual friend in our life. I can definitely tell the difference in quality and service compared to the other places I've been to. Granted, I've only seen two other locations, but Sharmeen was very meticulous and thorough the entire time. She even uses a dental mouth mirror (is there a more appropriate term for this?) and an airbrush gun to make sure your lashes look good. I was fortunate enough to win a full set giveaway on her IG (@beautybysharmeen) and she even supplied me with an aftercare lash kit to take home! So sweet! When I first walked in I was greeted, checked in, & was offered something to drink while I waited for my stylist. Cameron greeted me with a warm smile as if we had been friends before & was very tentative with what I wanted. Cameron was very nice & made sure I was fully satisfied & happy with my new haircut & also provided me with information on how to style it & care for it. The other receptionist which I wish I got her name but she had red hair was also very informative & nice. Cameron & both receptionist gave me great information & even asked to book another appointment to maintain my new haircut. Needless to say I think I have found a new salon & I will be returning . Also, I went in with natural healthy lashes. I also know how I like them. 1st appointment - The lashes fell out after 7 days. I told the tech natural and she did an ok job. Felt like I could give it another go. 2nd appointment- I told her natural and she gave me caterpillar lashes. I almost cried in the car! She didn't even hand me the mirror to look at them. Service was scheduled with a different lash tech. Service was not as great as the first time. Lashes broke from the weight she put on me! So so so so sad! Not happy. 3rd appointment- I booked before a day before wedding and they- MESSED UP and incorrectly scheduled my appointment for another day. I had to come the day of the wedding! What a mess! I missed out on important events!!!!!I was VIVID! A booking mistake before such huge event! Not okay. 4th appointment - rebooked. Again, a different tech. Thankfully tech was experienced and helpful. She even said your lashes are broken from your lash appointment- which sucks. She did the best she could because I told her I am in a wedding. The place did comp. this service for their big mistake which was nice but not enough to fix the inconvenience of missing out on a wedding! I never went back after that. SAVE YOUR MONEY. You pay way more than average price for poor quality! I don't recommend this place and its very sad. The place had so much potential. I hope they figured out all their mishaps and poor service. The owners are not lash techs so they don't understand the importance of training and ensuring all technicians are equal in quality. I had 3 techs with 3 different quality of service! I hope they fixed that. I don't like writing bad reviews ( I have run many businesses so I know how reviews can impact) but with how much they cost me it needed to be addressed publicly.
