I am a perfectionist & she provides me with nothing but perfection.. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have searched high and low for the best lash tech: from the google search bar, to Facebook, to Instagram, AND even Twitter. Instagram monitoring every single flawless lash application she posted, was enough to convince me to drive a whole 40 minutes just to see her. It was definitely worth it. I've been seeing her for quite a few months now and don't ever plan on going elsewhere. I love full, lasting, natural-feeling, lashes and she hits it every time. The woman here was extremely rude to me & told me I wasn't welcomed back to her place and blocked my number because...at my appointment I told her I still had over 50% of lashes and didn't need a full set which she was trying to make me get & pay $250 when all I need is a fill. I paid a $25 deposit for my appointment that she refused to give me back. Not a professional establishment at all and don't recommend anyone to go here. read more

My first time getting lashes and Rayne was amazing!! Her private studio in Downtown Royal Oak is SO CUTE! She had a very comfy table with a blanket to cozy up with. She was very meticulous and my lashes look incredible! I didn't experience any irritation which I was worried about. I was going to Rayne back when her location was in Farmington Hills a few months ago but like other reviews, I can vouch for how completely unprofessional and disrespectful Rayne is to her clients because it seems like that hasn't changed. My first appointment that I booked DAYS in advance (mind you this was a 40+ minute drive for me) I show up and nobody is there, I try to reach her and turns out she's at the airport. She got an attitude with me over the phone but said she would reschedule me on her end. She didn't make any attempt the days before in order to reschedule me and the booking was available online when it shouldn't have been in the first place. This SHOULD have been a red flag for me but I came back. I did like the final results of my lashes, though I'm not sure If the quality has changed since I've seen her. Over the next few fill ins Rayne was repeatedly late, one time I could hear her having a long friendly conversation with someone for 30+ minutes cutting into my appointment time. She almost ALWAYS was taking/making phone calls (to furniture stores, conversations with men etc) which she paused frequently when doing my eyelashes, she even ATE right before doing my eyelashes which is extremely unhygienic when working on EYES. Never seen her even wash her hands before any of my appointments. Rayne has 0 consideration for her clients time and I'm appalled by how she runs her business. As a customer that pays for the amount of time one works on my lashes I EXPECT that I'm given what I paid for but repeatedly my lashes were not worked on for nearly the amount of time that was booked which turned out even less given all the time she spends on her phone. I also expect respect and professionalism but you will get none of that coming from Rayne. Bottom line pick literally anywhere else. read more

Hands down the most UNPROFESSIONAL woman I have ever worked with. She is extremely rude, and will make you wait at least an hour to get seen. My appointment was for noon and I did not get seen until 2:30, and she knew I had a 3:00 appointment. She did not apologize for being 2 1/2 hours late either. I know multiple people who have said she was very late for their appointment as well. Also, she charges $100 for fills which is very high. I made an appointment to get my lashes filled with her (even though she was so late the first time) and she told me I had to change my service and get a new full set even though I still have over 50% of my lashes on. These are the texts she sent me. Do NOT go to her!!! Seriously so rude and her lashes feel heavy and not natural. And the fact she only takes cash..? I had questions and her responses were rude as if I was an inconvenience to her. She is NOT welcoming, NOT respectful, and she does NOT put her customers first (she decided to have a 20 minute conversation to some boy and paused multiple times while doing my lashes). She did not apologize for being late either which was very unprofessional considering I was paying so much money. The lashes are beautiful I do have to admit that but the service is terrible and there is music blasting the entire time so you can't relax. She is very well educated on eyelash extensions and it shows in her work. She was able to create the exact look that I wanted and her retention is outstanding. I drive up from Ohio (a 3 hour round trip) to get my lashes done by Rayne at Pretty Classic Lashes because I am so impressed with what quality of work she puts out every single time. It has taken me forever to find someone that I trust with my eyelashes. I originally went to her on a whim because I was getting tired of other eyelash technicians giving me chemical burns and lashing carelessly. (Obviously you get what you pay for. Be careful going to someone who has the best "deal" and is offering cheap prices. We are talking about your eyes ladies!)
