Services not provided. Ms. Hassan canceled before every scheduled appointment for 2 months. Requested a refund and has refused to send funds. Signed contract yet there No disclosures indicating there is a forfeiture of funds. Ms. Hassan also acknowledged via text she doesn't have a disclosure for this nor is it on her website. On 4/29/21 I scheduled with the owner of this business and signed all required forms. I paid her the full amount of $350 on this date. After multiple times of her cancelling and rescheduling on 6/26/21 I requested a refund after she yet again requested to cancel days before our appointment on 6/28/21 and wanted to reschedule. She is now stating she offers no refunds (not in any of her documents) she also acknowledged this via text. She is willing to give me a partial refund but has to keep $100 as a non-refundable deposit. Again, this is not in any of her disclosures or anything that I signed. After her initial paperwork is all Esign now she wants me to come in to sign another form. She took my money via Zelle with zero issues. This is ridiculous. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB also. Horrible business practices for someone who had to cancel several times claiming they had covid and now penalizing others. She gives every excuse and tried to blame me instead of looking at herself and why she stole my money and lost a customer. Extremely unprofessional. 6/29/21-Response to the business: It is not on any paperwork I signed. You have no disclosures indicating that. You only indicated this when I asked for a refund after you cancelled on me multiple times. Now you are once again changing your story because you are upset and indicating you will give me a gift certificate. You stole my money and days before every appointment canceled. Not acceptable. You even text me last night upset I posted this and threatening me, indicating I could have a partial refund if I removed it. I will see you in small claims court for the full amount of $350 and any court fees. I will also be printing out all your texting asking me to remove this post etc. I have already reported you to the State of Michigan and BBB. It doesn't matter if we communicated for 20 years. There are no disclosures of this so I would have never been aware. You repeatedly cancelled days before every appointment and have the audacity to think you are entitled to MY hard earned money. A gift certificate for what? So I can never use it and you keep on cancelling making excuses. You are wrong and your business practices and customer service are disgusting. In reference to my uncle's death I notified you a week in advance. You then 3 days before the reschedule appointment went and canceled again! You cancelled on me 3 times at a minimum in 2 months. Per, your website: CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the original cost of the treatment. You are extremely unprofessional. The only thing your comment proved is what a fraud you are and that I will see you in small claims court. What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong and you are 100% wrong. Go work for your money and stop ripping people off.Photos attached of your contract and disclosures (blacked out my personal information) as well as your text threatening me to take this down or you wouldn't even give me a partial refund. Please save your money & time! My 1st hint should have been that she scheduled me & a friend the same day we inquired, this is irrelevant info until I mention the fact when it failed it was time to schedule the 2nd session that's promised, THEN she was suddenly booked out weeks. Hours after my session my eyes were almost swelled badly & a very ugly red toned brown color. I sent her photos because I was concerned that my eyes were very swollen compared to my friends but I'm very fair skinned & sensitive. She insisted it would be okay & it was a normal reaction for some! Day 3 I went in because scabs with the ink were falling off in my sink water! even with just using dial soap & splashing the water on my face, She has no car so yes I picked her up and dropped her off to my own appointment on 2 occasions! I even stopped and bought her a coffee for taking the time to look at them under her microscope, she was going to order a lyft & I felt bad that she was going to pay someone for a ride 2 see what was happening with brows. She promised when healed she would fix them & etch DEEPER & change the color to match me (she also mentioned she was making custom colors because some of her inks were close to expiration that made me very uneasy after the fact.She was concerned Tretinoin I use on my nose for blackheads could have migrated to brows which is highly unlikely per dermatologist she advised me to not use it at all & no sun or makeup for 5 weeks to give it the best shot since we didn't know what went wrong. I was very kind and gave her the benefit of the doubt as she seemed nice but lonely a lady, she did blade my brows for 2 hours so we had conversations that made me feel bad. It was an awkward 7 weeks as she started messenger calling me on Facebook repeatedly offering me jobs & asking 2 advertise as I'm big into social media, also offered 2 pay me to start creating reviews, & responding 2 customers, I said no thank you! She violated my hippa by sharing my progress to my friend about why she thinks it didn't work. My medications including the cream that were listed in my chart, all aftercare was followed. While viewing my brows later that week she was mentioned several times how sugar daddy's pay her business rent & suggested I was pretty enough.This is when I was worried she was trying to get me into something sketchy the way she was speaking, I text my boyfriend & he was tracking my GPS as I was worried about trafficking she was getting way to personal & making me uncomfortable and trying to get me 2 come into her apartment. The final appointment finally came she called me at 8 am saying she started her cycle & said, can we reschedule to later again!!! she prefers to schedule me late evening appointments after 6pm which is very odd as the other suites are closed & i already felt uncomfortable alone! I said NO sorry has to be during the day! my boyfriend took the day off weeks prior. I just wanted to move on and get the services I paid 4 which was both brow sessions. she was permanently tattooing my face I was trying to be nice. Once she felt better I picked her up since her lyft was running late & I was already waiting in her city at noon (I'm not local) . We got to her office she sat me in the chair & like that just said I don't think enough color held I would have to start all over that's a new session not a touch up. I already paid double what I was quoted by Michigans number 1. I have nothing but 2 taupe colored SCARS on my face to show for it, I said please atleast try like she promised over 20x. Every excuse she could think of for 6 weeks like nose Tretinoin, sun , face soap was discontinued ,i took a benadryl beforehand per my doctor incase it was a reaction. She flat out said NO!!! She wasted so much of my time , a unpaid day off work, my gas & weeks I had to reply to all her messages so she would finish my brows. I wish I could leave zero stars. I had made the decision to get a consultation to microblade my eyebrows.  I had seen some images on Facebook for this business.  I called towards the end of the day and had a video chat with the owner/artist.  We had a good conversation.  I decided I was going to get it done.  She told me I could pay 1/2 now and 1/2 later or in full.  I opted to pay in full- $545.  I was sent E-Documents to fill out for an intake.  I filled it out and sent it back.  I had decided to cancel my appointment due to nerves.  This was 2-months in advance of my appointment.  I was told in no uncertain terms that there weren't any refunds and that this was listed multiple times in the documents and emails.  No, it was not.  And even if it were, it was after I paid.  It was listed towards the bottom of the E-documents confirmation receipt, which also included instructions on how to prep for your appointment.  A strange place to mention no refunds, in addition to its being after the fact.  There was no mention of the policy during our video chat.  I emailed her business/personal email and spelled out the sequence of events and gave her the benefit of the doubt in processing a refund.  I did not get a response.  I sent her a message (we had corresponded through that previously) and still no response.  Yet, it showed the message was read.  Basically, she thought she was due $545 for services unrendered, without providing a "no refunds" clause, for an appointment 2-months out.  Apparently, I am not the only one who has experienced this same thing - see other Yelp reviews.  And the BBB had a review for the same thing.  It now has another one by me.  I will get my money back through the proper channels.  But this type of manipulation and criminal activity is despicable. UPDATE: I heard a k from my email detailing the sequence of events and was met with a reiteration of her initial email. Again, unable to argue facts. I was told how she was going to start tattooing for cancer patients after their mastectomy. What did that have to do with a refund. She walks a fine line of doing excellent work or shoddy work. But is consistent on her scam of stealing funds that are due to be refunded. Look into her public background-it backs up my statement. Out of 9 reviews here, 3 are very negative. read more

I have gotten my 1st (2019) and 2nd (2022) set of Browz and also had the microchanneling procedure, all were done by Yasmine. I love how natural her strokes are and the microchnneling has removed scarring and made my face and neck so much smoother. I will definitely not go anywhere else for these services. She is very good at what she does and cares so much for her clients. I believe she is The.Best. and that is why she was voted #1. Well, after reading the few reviews and looking at work online I decided to go to I Brow Your Brows. I called to make my appointment and was pleasantly greeted. Even though it was short notice, the young lady whose name is Yasmine, was able to work me in on what was a busy day. When I arrived I was introduced to an unbelievable multitude of choices. Remember I don't do this very often. It was slightly overwhelming however Yasmine took the time to understand my needs. I selected lashes that I thought would be appropriate. Knowing that I would be photographed at my event she urged me to select ones that were slightly longer. I was a bit hesitant but she was absolutely right! I will never go to another place to get my lashes done even though this is about a 25-minute drive from my home it was well worth it. Everything that I knew about getting lashes done was turned on its head. She made the process comfortable from beginning to end. I have a thing about getting things just right but this girl is meticulous! When she finished I could barely feel the lashes on my lids and they were so natural I couldn't believe it!
