Not quite...unless you're Grandma looking for bloomers. The "lingerie" selection here includes a room full of long nightgowns. You know the type: floor-length with a conservative collar and nothing that anyone under 60 would consider buying. Disappointed, I continued to browse the rest of the store. The other 90% of Gattle's is stocked with homegoods: custom monogrammed dishtowels, bath towels, place mats, and bedding sets. They also have gifts like rubber kitchen gloves with fur wrist lining. Or lotions and candles. Very, very expensive lotions and candles. $48 for an 8 ounce candle? That's way too much for something so small. Most of the products I viewed were imported from London or France, which explains the high prices. There were a lot of nice smelling items which I would have bought had they been half...well, two-thirds of the price. Have kids to shop for? This is a perfect place for Grandma to buy the grandkids something unique. There are all sorts of clothes and toys for the luxurious toddler. These are definitely special occasion items and mirror the prices of the candles. I did like how Gattle's has color swatches and examples of all their customizable bed and bath goods. The woman that was helping me did not know what a bralette was when I asked to see one. I had to show her a picture in the Soma catalog. The catalog also indicated there was a 15% sale off your entire purchase but she said that didn't apply to individual sales but later told me that I was eligible. In an effort to sell me more than one bra she made it sound like this was going to be the only bra I would wear and would need more even though we had a conversation about the number of Soma bras I had previously purchased. The last objectionable thing she did was bash their main competitor (Viictoria's Secret), saying how inferior their bras are. I really dislike salespeople that have to resort to competitor bashing to try and make a sale. All-in-all, Soma still remains the place I prefer to buy my bras, but the sales staff at this location could be better.

About a year ago, they did a major reorganization of the store and it's now more open and organized than before. I will admit that you have to search for hidden gems as the items do have the potential to be damaged, but I love scoring those good deals, so it's worth it to me. The staff are always friendly and parking is a breeze since the store is in a plaza with a big lot. They have huge sales and a good texting program that alerts you of sales and sends coupons straight to your phone.
