Came here with my mom, sister, and niece to get manicures and pedicures. I only needed a pedicure since I had already had my nails done in Chicago. This is my mom's go to nail spot and she had the foresight to book us an appointment beforehand. We came on a Friday afternoon. The salon was a little more crowded though, than I would have liked. However we were spaced out at the pedicure chairs. Overall I enjoyed my pedicure, I got the express, I got the express pedicure with add on To remove callous. My cost was $25 plus 10 so $35 for a pedicure . Overall, 3.5 was my experience but I did have inch but I did have to have the lady correct my lady correct my big toe as there was some bubbling near the cuticle. If I was in Omaha and needed a pedicure I would come here again. read more

I have been going here about six months. The service has been steadily going downhill. I went yesterday and will not be going back! The nail tech I started with was not the one that finish. The first one went to another customer about 10 minutes in. The last tech was more interested in his phone (texting during the appointment) and watching the TV (turned his chair away from me to watch) than providing any service. My nails are not even. The shape is ALL WRONG. I guess he was trying for a square shape but clearly they are not straight. He pulled my hands so far towards him, my arms were complete straight. I keep brining my hands back and he pulled, with force, my hands back where it was easier for him. He missed and filed my finger instead of my nail. Going to another salon to get my nails fixed today. read more

Not sure what happened to this salon but it's gone downhill . My sister and I both got pedicures and I also got a manicure. They hardly worked on our cuticles , all they use to smooth your heels is a loofah stone and that doesn't work like a regular sander . My sister's heels were slightly cracked before her pedi and looked the same after her pedi. My heels were in good shape to begin with but they worked very little on the rest of my feet. My foot rub and calf rub was pretty good, my sister's was terrible. No pressure and a weak foot massage . It did say the pedicure we picked was only 30 minutes . We picked two up from the basic . It lasted barely 30 min as stated . They had a lot of technicians doing nothing so it's not like they were busy . They didn't spend one extra minute doing anything . Been going a year off and on so it's not like we were new there . But no one ever really spoke to us there. My sister's technician spoke very little English so I guess she couldn't converse. It's just nice when you get services like these to have people smile and talk to you a bit . Just seemed kind of awkward especially when they spoke their native language in front of us. It made us think they were talking about us or our feet . So unfortunately we won't be returning there. Sadly , no one there will notice or probably care they lost two clients. I doubt this review is even addressed by them . Customer service isn't what it used to be. We can choose to go anywhere but a lot of places don't seem to care that you chose them. I came here a few weeks ago to get a pedicure & manicure and was disgusted at how unsanitary they are. They use the same nail files for every customer, the metal tools aren't cleaned or packaged before use, they "clean" the hot stones with water, and there was no barbicide or cleaner in sight. I am so lucky I didn't get an infection. Do not go here. It is not safe. read more

Got a pedicure today . The woman didn't greet me nor speak to me . My heels were rough and after they looked exactly the same ! Most places would recommend a callus remover or at least use a sander on my heels . My cuticles were dry and my big toes both needed a good smoothing . Didn't happen . I prefer to spend my money at a business that speaks to you when you walk in and at the very minimum make your feet look better than when you came in . That wasn't the case here . I will be looking for a new salon . The pedicure barely lasted 25 minutes and I never got to enjoy a foot soak for a few minutes either . I was baffled because they were dead today . I will find a new salon that at the very minimum acts like they appreciate your business . I tipped $5 and didn't receive a thank you . Courtesy went out the window I guess . read more

I have been a client at the other location for years, and this is the salon where everyone knows my name! The new location offers the same good customer service and great pedicure with massage. During my pedicure, he spent a lot of time massage my legs with salts and then ht stones. It felt great after a long day! This is the same location as Mohegan, with the same great service, but not the crowds. read more

I love Pretty Nails. I have gone to them since they opened and though I have tried others they don't measure up. I especially enjoy the massages which are of a good length and soooo relaxing. My sisters who live in Nashville and Atlanta always try to get pedicures when they come to visit. The people who work there are very courteous and they keep conversations with each other and their clients to a minimum which I appreciate. It makes for a more relaxing experience. read more

Super rude! Sign says walk-ins welcome but I was told they didn't have time to do a new set of nails at all today. Wasn't offered a follow-up appointment or asked to wait or anything. My biggest complaint here is the attitude I was given. I don't expect them to be available 24/7 but ask if I'd like to make an appointment next time. Treat me as if you WANT my business. What brought me to this salon was the reviews. They seemed like they did it all. I went in for a manicure for acrylic nails but the women who does it was out of town, so I decided to get a pedicure. I was very happy the way they came out! I went 2weeks later to finally get my nails hoping the women came back from her vacation... I walk in asking for the acrylic nails, she was too busy. First time in this salon but will definitely be back. Came in at about 4 pm on a Monday and waited for only 5 minutes. Had an excellent new set of pink and white and was out by 4:30. The gentleman who did my nails spoke very little English but was assisted by other staff and he definitely knew his stuff. No problem making my wishes clear and he was fast and precise. I'm used to friendly customer service, but the woman who did my nails did not even greet me with a smile or a hello, it was just "what do you want today?" in a horrible tone. I tried to brush it off, but then she didn't take the extra steps when taking off my old acrylic, like making sure they were even, filing them with care (she was filing them down like she did not care AT ALL....just swipe swipe done) and i told her the length was too long and i wanted a pointier tip...she didn't seem to care. By the time i got to look at the horrible shape of my nails, she passed me on to an older gentlemen to finish the color. I was like.....ok? New person to paint on the color?....whatever. So as this new guy is painting on the color, his hands are shaking, he DROPS THE BRUSH ON THE GROUND, picks it back up, put a HUGE FINGERPRINT IN MY NAIL without noticing or fixing it, and proceeded to give me the most uneven milky color I've ever seen!! It was so dark in there i didnt even notice how HORRIBLE AND DOWN RIGHT UGLY the finished color and shape was until i payed the $33 with zero tip and went out to my car in the sun to look at it. I cant believe they are an actual buisness. I could have done a better job at home. And the fact like they acted like they didnt even want me there or my money.....wow. Just wow. Dont ever go to Pretty Nails on 11002 Emmet St in Omaha, NE unless you want to throw away your money for some sorry excuse for a manicure. I am contemplating going back there to get a refund, but quite frankly i dont even want to deal with them ever again!!
