Customer service is top notch, and I was very well taken care of. The staff is always friendly but also very professional and skilled. They're always willing to do any kind of design I ask for. I tried the cat's eye polish (pictured), which is very unique and eye catching! They cater to all different ages. It's so fun to see the little ones getting their nails done! I just love this salon! A little off the beaten path, but conveniently located in a large lot with a Walmart and DOT Office, it's a great spot to get a little shopping done and then get a little R&R for yourself The salon is clean, Open, modern, and offers very convenient parking. Service prices around par with both salons and will not break the bank. They do take reservations however I've done walk-in now three times on early in the day/early in the weekdays and haven't had a problem with immediate attention. I was able to get a same day appointment for a pedicure. When I showed up, there was no waiting at all. My technician was very efficient and nice. She did a great job, even took a little extra time and care to tend my big toes (which get tender from overgrown cuticles between pedicures). I have to update my review. This place WAS awesome. They've done some remodeling which is actually really nice and hired some new people. And therein lies the problem. I have always been treated awesome when I came and they did a great job. BUT the last time I went and it was my LAST TIME, I was treated terribly I told the nail tech what I wanted, I had dipped nails and they had grown out, I wanted them cut down and I wanted a design. Another nail tech walks by and says I have acrylic nails, I told her I didn't, they were dipped. She disagreed with me and told me I was wrong, even when I tried to tell her I should know they are MY nails. She then says something to my nail tech in their language and he proceeds to do an acrylic fill. They both completely ignored me. I should have stopped him, but I just learned my mom was dying and I just didn't have the energy to argue. I came there specifically for a little pampering because I was feeling so sad. When I told him what design I wanted, he didn't do it as I asked and when I tried to point it out a few times. He started pointing at my fingers and fussing in his language to the tech next to him and any other teach that would listen. And proceeded to do it his way. Now the techs are all looking at me and kind of smiling, other customers are looking at why he is fussing and he starts aggressively pointing at my fingers and fussing. Had it been a different day, I would have cussed him out and left without paying. But that day for Me was just an awful day and I sat there and took it. My first time here. I normally go elsewhere for my pedi and came here for a mani. I like the atmosphere and it is clean and inviting. I got a basic mani. One gal tried to talk me into shellac but she didn't push. I don't have long, glamorous nails but I do think the gal could have done a better job. It was kind of sloppy, but maybe she just needs practice. For $22.00 I am okay with it but I will hope for a different person next time. After a week, I am very disappointed. Get comfy in a massage chair, and they do all the work. If you wear boots get the callus treatment. The hard patches on your feet don't have to be there. Ok, so this is a sad turn of events! My first experience here was awesome, but today wasn't. I went in for another manicure because my nails were chipped and ghastly after painting and sanding all weekend. They lady I got today seemed like she really didn't want to be there. Right from the get go she had her "you're bothering me" face which bummed me out so I just opted to get a polish change instead. She asked what color I wanted and that was all she spoke to me. Long story short, she did a terrible job. She didn't even remove all of the grey polish I had on before she put on the clear pink. Now that I'm home I see little hairs of some sort in my polish (gross!) and I have bubbles in the gel. Honestly if you're going to get your nails done here you HAVE to get a man to do your nails. Every woman I've ever had does a poor job. They rush it and don't do a good job. I went here to get my prom nails done. I had Ryan and asked for dip powder acrylics. He took his time and gave me exactly what I asked for! You could tell he was very dedicated to making me happy with my nails. After, I got a pedicure and it was very nice. I would recommend this place for sure! I will be bringing my business back here! They were polite and the environment was clean but the guy who did my nails didn't ask me what shape I wanted my nails he didn't ask me if I wanted a design so he finished my nails without asking me. And the Shilac is cracking on my ring finger. And I have a bunch of bubbles but they're on the white parts on my nails so it's unnoticeable unless you look. Called on a Saturday at about4:30pm and they said they taking walk-ins. Got there at 5:06 and they told me they were closed. That sucks. They could have told me that they close at five.
