Dirty, dusty, and scummy. Toilet paper just sitting on the back or the toilet for everyone's hands to touch. Cheapest hand soap I've ever used. It's so watered down it squirts right at you. It probably doesn't have any antibacterial properties. Techs are rude and not professional. The man working on my nails was in the middle of buffing one hand and got up without saying a word, grabbed his stuff, and moved two seats over to start working a woman who just walked in. And just left me sitting there, waiting, without knowing what was going on. They eventually moved me to someone else but it was bizarre. Every tool has been heavily used. Old nail dust thickly coated on every single thing.

I have some prior trauma due to my mom holding me down and cutting all my hair off against my will when I was young. Ever since I've always had extra long hair as it was like a "comfort blanket" for me. It being almost 4 ft in length, I finally reach a point where I had to cut it. It was wrapping around my neck as I slept and would roll over, rolled up in the car window, latched in the seatbelt, shut in the car door, tucked into the back of my pants..ect. I moved from ATX and have many friends who are stylists but moving to Eureka, I knew nobody. Also their sanitation didn't look the greatest either. They had one sink behind the stylists and they use one brush to brush their pedicure tools. Also when my polish was getting changed she pulled an unsanitized tool out from her drawer and then used it. But so far I don't have an infection and I got them done 2 days ago. The plus sides, the older guy was very meticulous to make sure that the arch on my nails was even. He also knew what he was doing because he got them done quick and they look fantastic! There's just some things that could be done differently.
