Tried reaching out through their customer service on the website and that was even more of a joke. Wouldn't let me use my own lotion that I brought because "I don't know what is in it" and was pushed to purchase their lotions, of course. They also wouldn't let me go in the bed dry. Deceptive and pushy.

I go in for single tans in the gold beds which are only about $8 per session, but you can save more if you pay upfront for a select number of sessions. The only thing that would make this place better is more hours on weekends since they are only open 10-3 Saturdays and closed on Sundays. But I still prefer this place over others!
