I have an unlimited monthly membership and visit several times a week. I asked the staff when the busy times are and they gave me exact times to avoid to make my trips so much faster and relaxing.

The services are great, but there are some serious kinks that need to be worked out. First, the…read morewaiting room is so tiny--it's definitely not built for the number of people they are receiving. Every time you go in besides right when they open, you end up crammed in with other people, there's barely any room to move around, and the employees can't tell who needs to check in and who is waiting. There's also barely anywhere to sit. One thing that really stands out--and not in a good way--is the attitude of some of the staff. I get that it can get busy and stressful, but there's no excuse for being rude. I witnessed a situation where a woman came in and was told, "We don't have time for you today. We close at 6, it's 5:30, and we're booked up." The girl said it completely straight-faced, not even offering an apology or any kind of solution. It just felt really cold and unprofessional. I get that they're busy, but a little kindness and understanding go a long way, especially in customer service. It's definitely a turnoff when you're paying for a service and some of the staff don't seem to care about the experience. Then there's the line situation. It's chaotic. They mess up appointments pretty frequently, so you might find yourself waiting longer than expected, or sometimes they even forget to put you in line altogether. When this happens, you're stuck awkwardly standing in a robe, right by the glass front door, with 30 other girls checking in around you. It's a bit uncomfortable, especially when it's cold outside! I know it's still a new spot and they're probably adjusting to the rush, but it's honestly a bit of a mad house. You can tell they're trying to keep up with the demand since it just opened, but it doesn't seem like they've quite figured out how to manage everything yet. The place is always packed, and while I understand the growing pains, it doesn't excuse the chaos. I left this "spa" more stressed than when I came and begging for my old tanning salon to take me back.

It was a very nice place and staff was nice but the spray on tanning mixer only stayed for 4 days…read more They told me it was either $30 or $35 depending on the shade . Some how it cost me $59. So needless to say.. It wasn't a fair deal and poor quality.. if it was $15/20 I'd be ok.. but for $59 I should get a month of being tan .. just saying..also, below my knees and my upper chest were hardly covered.
