My friend and I made an appointment to get our nails done here and we waited for an hour after the appointment should have started and they called up several walk ins and two girls that were supposed to have had an appoint 30 minutes after us. we ended up leaving. we asked several times when they will get to us/ if they had time for us and they said yes Waited a bit longer and had to leave at which time they finally said sorry. Terrible service and not managed well!! Never going back!!! read more

Do not get your nails done here. To begin, no one acknowledges you when you walk through the door. The employees working today were rude and honestly had no manners. They refused to accept my CASH because they didn't want to get change out. They were very bossy and inconsiderate. And the worst part, they weren't even busy. They weren't catering to others, they were just plain lazy and rude. Take your money else where. This business shouldn't even still be running. read more

Had the worst manicure here today. Save yourself and do not go here. I Literally just walked out less than 5 minutes ago and had to post right away. First, I made an appointment and had to wait 25 minutes to even sit down. Then, my nail technician was so preoccupied trying to check other people in, fill tubs, etc. that she was forgetting what she already did on my nails; I had to remind her. Lastly, my polish looks like a kid painted my nails. I expressed my concern and the technician said it was because my nails were not good. Not good?! Who says that?? Honestly they are actually pretty healthy, this technician is just terrible at her job. I have never had an issue at any other nail salon and have been getting manicures every two weeks for 30 years. And to top it off, there was no apology or acknowledgement that I was dissatisfied, or no effort to try to make my nails look at least...decent. There are a handful of salons in this same area and I highly recommend you go to one of those and pass this one by. Your welcome. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I went for a fill in and as soon as I walked in the older lady was rushing me. My friend and I were looking for a color and not even a minute goes by and the lady is telling me to sit down. I told her I was not ready and continued to look. Not even thirty second after, she tells me to go sit down again. I should have know to leave right then and there. The lady that filled in my nail sits at number 4. She rushed through the entire thing. This place use to be really good. I don't know what happened, but if I were you I would definitely spend my money else where. A lot of these nail places think that they can do a crappy job and not care, but they must remember there are tons more nail salons to go to! read more

I had my hair colored here a few weeks ago, and while the salon itself was nice and the appointment…read morewas pleasant, I left extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding pricing. The biggest issue was being charged $120 for toner, three separate toner charges at $40 each. At no point before or during my appointment was I told that three different toners would be used, that toner would be charged separately, or that an additional $120 would be added to my bill. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I didn't learn about the three different toner formulas being used until after the service was finished. When my stylist was discussing retail products and attempting to sell me additional items for home use, I declined. It was during that conversation, while preparing my receipt, that she informed me she had used three different toners to achieve the final result. The decision to use three different toner formulas was never discussed with me beforehand. My stylist may have felt they were necessary to achieve the desired color, but that was a creative choice made during the service. If those choices are going to increase the cost of an appointment by more than $100, clients should be informed before the products are applied--not after the service is complete and payment is due. I have medium-length, very fine hair and have had my hair professionally colored for years. I've never had a stylist add three separate toner charges without discussing them first. Whether one toner or three toners were actually used is less important than the fact that the charges were never disclosed. Based on the salon's advertised pricing, I expected my appointment to be under $200. Instead, my total came to around $300. Learning about an extra $120 charge only after declining additional retail products made the whole situation feel like a cash grab and left me feeling blindsided. Had the costs been explained upfront, I could have made an informed decision about how I wanted to proceed. The service itself was fine, the color for the most part, resembled the inspiration, but transparency matters. I don't mind paying for quality work, but I do expect to be told when a stylist's decisions will add significant charges to my bill. Unfortunately, the lack of communication overshadowed what could have been a pretty pleasant experience.

I got shellac nail gel and they told me that it would not chip for 2 weeks. 3 days after i got them they started to chip! so I went back to get some sort of store credit or anything really.
