We were in town due to a family emergency. I needed to get my nails done before I ever left Midland, but it just didn't happen. I called this morning and they were able to get me in right away. The gentleman (I am sorry I didn't get his name) got started without any wait time. He complemented my usual nail tech and said he is very good. The man has another appointment so Ms Ve took over. My nails look very pretty and should there ever be an occasion, I will definitely go back to Pretty Nails and ask for Ms. Ve! read more

Highly recommend them. They are so sweet. Always do an amazing job and exactly what we want. Even when busy they do good. It's only the husband and wife so grace and patience is a must. We see so many ppl come in and they are so rude cause they are busy and they ask them to come back. Like the people their b4 you had appointments or are in the middle of getting done. Have respect Levelland ppl and show some class it don't matter if your elderly or not. World don't revolve around you. Anyhow this place is the bomb. Does it need a update sure but it don't stop the work from being a 10/10 read more

I heard they had new owners so decided to give it a try again. Have been twice now and pleased both times. There isn't a big staff, all I've seen is two people, but I try to go on a weekday when school is in session. I realize that method doesn't work for everyone, but I am very pleased with both the service and the pricing. She's a mom with a baby and will occasionally have to stop and take care of him, but that's fine with me. They have both my respect and my business read more

I have never been impressed with this nail place, but in Levelland one doesn't have many options. From past experience I could walk in (my schedule stays hectic so I never know when I'll have time to get a pedi, so I'm a walk in typically) and get served in a timely manner. However, the last couple of times I've walked in they have hastily turned me away. I understand that there's not always going to openings when you walk in, but there's a way to go about delivering that information with customer service in mind. It a nut shell they were rude and didn't seem to care about my business. They didn't offer me to wait or to schedule an appointment. Let's just say, I do not plan on returning. The nail place on college avenue has recently been renovated, and I plan to use it from here on out. read more

I really needed a pedicure. One of my employees recommended this place. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. An older man did my pedicure and I have to say it was the best I've ever had! That is saying a lot because I have painful ingrown toenails from wearing heels all the time. He wasn't very talkative and didn't try to add a bunch of stuff like some nail salons do. My feet have never felt better and it was only $25. We have never had good service there except by one lady (the one with the tattoos). The man is very rude and DOES NOT do your nails as you ask but as he thinks they should be done. We have been 3 separate times thinking maybe they had something going on or whatever but no. First off we started by playing musical chairs and got moved every 5 minutes to someone else's seat. At one point to get back to the guy to finish my nails I had to sit on the couch and wait again. Another time after gluing the fake nails on they had me stop and go get a pedicure so I was sitting there with the long nails not even cut. Today was what did it for us. We both went in and after my mom waiting for 30 minutes to be next 2 ladies came in saying they told them to come back in 45 minutes so she was going to have to wait after them. I had already been put in the pedicure chair where the water in the bowl was cold. I asked if we could turn the hot water on and the lady came over huffing turned it on for maybe a minute as hot as she could get it and was like "is that good enough for you" I just said ok because she didn't look happy and I didn't want her to take it out on my toes. Well then she goes to get a large size cup and was scooping the other water out and walking all the way across the room to put it in the other foot thing when the one right next to me was empty. She was purposely slamming the cup into the water and spilling water all over my shoes, Mind you it's 20 degrees out. It was also freezingggg in there. We were all clearly bundled up from the outside still WHERE IT WAS LIGHTLY SNOWING and the lady sitting next to me asked the lady who turned my water up if they could turn up the heat as we could all tell the air was on. She pointed to the thermostat and said "go look for yourself it's on but broken." After sitting there for 30 minutes in a freezing room with my feet in freezing water I couldn't take it anymore. My mom still haven't been helped and it didn't look like she was anytime soon. We decided to go ahead and leave and go to the grocery store. We were going to go back but after leaving the shop and seeing my moms fingers wrinkled from just sitting on the couch in that place we decided it wasn't worth being sick over. My mom went to get waxed. They burned her face with the wax and now she has to walk around with her whole face red and swollen.

If i could give this place NO STARS IT WOULD GET NONE!!! Absolute horrible service! I was hurt the entire time and still managed to keep my composure. The lady who did my nails rushed through even though the store was DEAD. My nails were lumpy bc she did not take off the set before completely. They had bubbles on them and she acted like she didnt even noticed. She cute the skin around my nail on every finger. When i pointed my nail was lumpy she got a nail file and "fixed it" but then my nail had SCRATCHES on it because of the nail file. When i asked for a refund the lady said the lady who did my nails would take them off. When she took them off she then cut the skin around my nails again and did not bother to slow down. When she was done she told the lady up front it would be $5 for taking them off. I said no i will not pay for anything. I was mistreated from the start and i was physically hurt the ENTIRE process. She then start screaming across the nail salon and became very unprofessional!!! I turned to the lady trying to give me my refund and told her how unprofessional it was for her to be yelling the way she was and was finally given my money back. This was the most horrible experience ive ever had!!! DO NOT COME HERE. read more
