Me and my mom wanted to get are nails done my mom got at pedicure and I get a manicure. There was only one person doing it all I do give here credit for trying. First we got in my mom was first to go and she didn't even get to soak her feet and her nail polish was not even. Then it was my turn I ask for hot pick tips and with a orange strip on it well she rushed everything my gel hasn't Harden all the way and she put on the next coat and she shape all of my nails a different shape. Don't expect any conversation here, in any language. I think the womans facial features were glued in place- no affect whatsoever. Finished my pedicure in about a half hour, very little massage, none of that hand cupping, tore a piece of Scott towel, wound it between my toes, and moved to the next customer. 10 min go by, I ask "am I done??" Yep. Oh, it says appts only on the door, but I don't guess that's accurate. Must pay in cash or with a check. Don't waste your time. read more

Made an appointment for my fiancé to get her nails done so we could take engagement photos. Got to the appointment and the lady blamed me for saying I just called for a manicure although she was sitting next to me and heard me say dip multiple times. She was also very condescending. I didn't like. The guy that do my nails he doesn't push my cuticle back. He was in a hurry and I don't understand why, because at that moment I was the only client at the salon. When I make the appointment I ask for someone that can do designs and I ask for the price because they don't accept credit cards. So when I show him many options of what I want he keep telling me that he doesn't know how to do that. At the end he charge me 40 bucks because I choose 3 different colors. I never write negative reviews, however I am so disappointed in the service here and I will not be returning. If you want nails that easily break I suggest you get your nails done here! I have been getting dip nails with tips for years and I went to this salon for the first time to get the same treatment done and I was extremely disappointed. Within five days, two nails broke off just by throwing a tennis ball and a third nail broke by making my bed. I returned to this salon 6 days after I had initially gotten my nails done and they fixed my nails that had broken. After exactly one week had passed since getting my nails fixed, 6 more broke off. I do not work or do anything that would be hard on my nails, as I would be more understanding of this if I used my hands for work or sports, but I do not. To put this into to perspective, one nail broke from tying my shoe, my pinky nail broke from drying my hands off on a towel, and one of my index fingers broke off by brushing it against carpeting. Highly dissatisfied by this salon. Like I said, if I worked or if I were rough on my nails I would be much more understanding, but these broke just from simple tasks. read more

This was my worst experience and most expensive. I came for a mani pedi the woman rushed through my pedicure whole thing was done in 15 minutes and I could have done better job. She was so rude during my manicure cause I changed my mind on the color, but it was before she even put any color on. I was charged 80.00 bucks for a regular mani pedi with natural nails. I thought since the job was so quick and terrible it would at least be cheap. More expensive than anywhere else! Crazy! read more

Technician was friendly and did a decent job. Made an appointment head of time and had one technician for me and my friend. I was annoyed that they only took cash or check and I had to go to the bank and come back. For me, this was an inconvenience that would keep me from returning. read more
