I knew she was going to be easy to work with. She gave great advice and suggestions during planning and the reception went off without a hitch. She went above and beyond to provide what we needed to make it a special day. We received so many compliments from the guests about good the food was. The servers were top notch! They offered assistance to folks without being intrusive. At the end of the event, the kitchen area was cleaner than when they arrived. Why do I have to forward my fiancée her receipt for the meals that she paid for? I wish their sales coordinator would click Reply All to include both the bride and the groom on email threads. Another communication faux pas - it's a seemingly little thing - they keep spelling my name wrong. I wouldn't bring this up except for the fact that my email address is my name. It's an open book test. And if they miss that level of detail, I worry about what else they're missing.
