I waited outside then about 15 minutes before my appointment I started calling and texting because the front and back doors were locked. Even attaching my confirmation texts (one of which I received the day before) but didn't receive an answer. My appointment time came and I decided to wait until 5 minutes past it. Right before I was about to leave a young woman came to the door and appeared nervous. I informed her of the situation and showed her my confirmation by text. She called the person who was suppose to run my session but she was on the road doing a different appointment elsewhere. I said it wasn't a problem if I came back. But she insisted she could do it herself. It was still good but it was hard to enjoy it because I felt guilty this lady had to stay way past when she was supposed to leave. While close, I also didn't get the full 90 minutes. The lady also informed me as I was leaving that the place closed at 7pm and advised me to make my appointments earlier. But I clearly wanted to. This was the time I was given out of more availability I originally provided. Overall a decent experience but also very strange and I think it could've easily been avoided by just calling me in advance and let me know the original worker couldn't make the appointment anymore.

Every time I come in, even when the salon is completely empty, the first thing I'm asked is, "Do you have an appointment?" I genuinely don't understand when walk-ins are actually accepted if an empty salon still requires an appointment. More importantly, I specifically asked for a cleanup. To me, that means removing the excess hair above and below my brows while keeping my existing shape. Instead, my entire shape was changed, including my arch and tails. That is absolutely not what I asked for, and I'm extremely annoyed because eyebrows take time to grow back. There also seemed to be a communication barrier. I had difficulty feeling confident that what I was requesting was fully understood, and unfortunately the end result confirmed that concern. If a client asks for a cleanup, please clarify exactly what they want before significantly changing the shape of their eyebrows. I've been a regular customer, which makes this even more disappointing. I came in expecting my usual cleanup and walked out with brows I did not ask for.
