Rocky , my physical therapist and one of the co owners, has developed a focused hour long program for me that I do twice a week consisting of warm up, balance exercises, stretching exercises followed by heated lower back electrical stimulation and ultrasound stimulation. Program ends with a lower back massage. Pretty comprehensive program providing a full hour of therapy. After just a few weeks I have definately noticed pain improvement in my lower back, especially while walking where I have been told that the sitting pain takes a tad longer to see notable improvement. So far so good where I have high hopes of improving my quality of life based on the results I have seen so far. Definately a business I would recommend if you are in need of physical therapy.

She's extremely detail oriented and within just a few sessions I noticed a HUGE improvement in my pain, scar, strength, and range of motion. It's very difficult to find Providers who can help with hand rehabilitation and she absolutely rocked it. She is so kind and caring, too - I felt very comfortable with her and also with the receptionist Ashley. They were both extremely professional, communicated clearly with me about my insurance benefits and coverage, and made my whole experience great. They also offer physical therapy when pre seines by your doctor. I also used to come here for acupuncture treatments to alleviate pain; they did seem to help. Since the treatments were not covered by insurance, I eventually stopped. I had been in for physical therapy a few times and they have well-trained, knowledgeable staff with plenty of equipment to speed your recovery. Their physical therapists have always been professional, pleasant, but firm in helping. And if you follow their instructions and do the exercises they recommend, you should get the results you want.
