Dr Davis said he didn't know what was wrong with my knee and just wanted to put me on pain meds. He then charged my over $500 for a 10 minute visit where he showed zero curiosity or empathy. I'm so sick of the Michigan orthopedic doctors who only want to perform expensive surgeries, then get you into expensive PT that doesn't work and when things aren't progressing put you on pain meds. Our medical system is completely broken. So frustrated

Rocky , my physical therapist and one of the co owners, has developed a focused hour long program for me that I do twice a week consisting of warm up, balance exercises, stretching exercises followed by heated lower back electrical stimulation and ultrasound stimulation. Program ends with a lower back massage. Pretty comprehensive program providing a full hour of therapy. After just a few weeks I have definately noticed pain improvement in my lower back, especially while walking where I have been told that the sitting pain takes a tad longer to see notable improvement. So far so good where I have high hopes of improving my quality of life based on the results I have seen so far. Definately a business I would recommend if you are in need of physical therapy.

Dr Mackey was very kind, knowledgeable, personable and caring, took a lot of time with me and I actually now have a different prognosis and treatment plan from him. The other surgeon wanted to perform surgery which it turns out is not only not necessary but was wrong. He never shared my x-ray with me or answered any of my questions or concerns. He said I had arthritis which it turns out was incorrect, I do not have arthritis or need surgery, just some inflammation which can be treated without invasive intervention. I would highly recommend Dr Mackey to anyone without any reservation. He is a wonderful doctor and his entire staff treated me with respect & caring.
