I bought my 2010 Acura TL in June 2011 at a dealership in MD but I have only taken it to Price Acura for service since. I have never had any issues with my car besides the normal upkeep. I just recently moved to Cali and I'm not going to lie, since I love my car so much one of the first things I thought about was how much I was going to miss Price Acura! I think their prices are fairly good, service is good. I just don't like the fact that most services you have to drop your car off in the AM and pick it up in the afternoon. But depending on how much you're getting done they do give you a loaner. Also, I bought tires from them(Price Honda) and I guess the guy gave me performance or sports tires(whatever they're called), even though I told him I wanted something fancier but reliable and they wore down in less than a year so since this shouldn't have happened Price Acura gave me better, more reliable tires at a discounted prices and when they made this offer I had already put my stock tires back on and didn't plan to switch them out until summer and they still honored their offer months later. read more

After YEARS of being afraid of dealerships and bringing our Honda Pilot, Accord and one Acura TLX to a mom and pop shop, I found Price Acura. They are THE BEST. They totally roll out the red carpet for you and treat you like you are the most important customer in the world. They do not try to sell you anything you don't need either. I actually love bringing my car in. The do a check of the whole car and give you a print out. They go over the cost and you can get points and coupons on their website for future work. We Have bought a ton of cars/Suv's from these folks over nearly 30 years including many of my family members. Not every sale is going to go your way but over the years with a change of personal sometimes continuity is broken and for some this is a difficult process. Sometimes you have to experience a really bad dealership to appreciate Price Acura. I have not always agreed with their process or their management but our family has never stopped buying from them and maintained an amicable business relationship. Overall and by comparison you'll find their Administration staff the best in the business. Parts and Maintenance among the best and sales Fair. We will buy our next Suv their and my son just recently purchased a new TLX Type S and was 100% pleased with the whole process . HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I was in the market for a used SUV recently and found a vehicle I liked on Price Acura's website. I (now) live an hour away from this dealer. 2 Saturdays ago I decided to make the trip there to check this vehicle out. When I got there I did not see the vehicle after doing a couple of back and forth rides between the new vehicle Acura lot and the new Honda lot. I finally found a similar vehicle to the one I wanted, way in the back on a gravel lot. I take it that this gravel lot is pretty much the used car lot. So, I park and start making my way inside Price Acura, where a salesman and 2 customers were standing outside. Mere feet from were they stood on the curb at the entrance, the trio decides to go inside. The salesman was the last to go in. My foot was literally on the curb and he did not hold the door open for me. When I got inside I was not acknowledged by a single person for at least 5-6 minutes. When the rude salesman walked by me to retrieve a pamphlet for the 2 customers he was waiting on, only then did he acknowledge me with a lame "Hi. How are you?". He barely even looked in my direction. His head was down as he passed me. The customers he was speaking with told him twice or more, "Thank you." and "We'll be back to see you.", indicating the end of their need of him for the day and still he lingered. Finally he asked me if I needed help with anything and I ask him if they have "reps" dedicated to used cars. He says, "reps?.." with a bewildered look upon his face. I say, "Reps..Car salesman." He then plasters a sarcastically phony smile on and says that would be him. And he goes into a long story about how they are short on staff and people have called out... Yada, yada, yada. Although he never offers an apology for his rude behavior: From him not holding the door open for a potential customer that is less than 6 feet away from the door he was going through down to the sarcasm and impatience he was spewing at the time of our conversation. I tell him that I am looking for the 2006 Volvo XC90 that was on their website. His eyes roll in the back of his head as he attempts to recall the vehicle I am speaking of. It doesn't come to him, I guess. He then asks how much was it listed for. I tell him about 12k. With a dismissive wave of his hand he says, "Oh. That would be on the small lot down there." He points in the small lots direction. "See, this is the big lot. That car would be down on that end." He emphasis "big lot" with a strong downward point and jabs the air in the "small lot"'s direction once again. With that I was on my way out the door and off to the small lot. This salesman came out of the door behind me on his way in the opposite direction. He makes sure to throw, "Maybe, you'll come back and visit us on the big lot."; that sarcastic smile ever-present. No matter if I came on the lot to spend $40,000 or $4,000, I DID NOT expect this type of treatment. I went to the small lot and did not find the vehicle. I even asked a guy outside if he knew anything about the vehicle and he said that he didn't and it was most likely sold if it was not on the lot. I went back into Price Acura's showroom and came upon a salesman that was busily filling out and shuffling papers all over the table. He at least had the decency to ask me if I was already being helped. I told him about my run-in with the first rude rep and what car I was looking for. He leant me an ear but apologized for not being able to help me right away. He also said that he was not familiar with the car I was looking for. At this point I decided to leave because the car is obviously sold. It was low-mileage for the year and a very low price. The dealership must have failed to remove it from its site. However, I really wanted that car!!! On my way home I called the dealership and was told all reps were busy and one would call me back. Roughly 15 minutes later I did receive a call back. I gave this gentleman the stock # from their website. He told me he would look into it and call me back. That was August 2nd. To-date (as of August 11th) I have not received a call back. On August 2nd or 3rd, I even sent an email inquiring on this car on one of the car sites this vehicle was listed on. I haven't received a response to that either. This dealership has customer service skills that rival only the lowest of the low in the auto dealer community. I purchased an Acura RDX from Radley Acura in Falls Church, VA on August 8th. I would recommend this dealer any day! Customer Service is one of their top priorities. Tony Nazir was the salesman I conducted the sale with. He was very attentive and made everything so convenient for me. I wrote a Yelp review on Radley as well. I happily drove a total of 10+ hours (back and forth) to purchase from Radley. Colleen Consalo is the best. I had an A1 maintenance scheduled for a Wednesday afternoon. On Tuesday a family emergency occurred and I had to head to Maryland on Wednesday. I went and talked to Colleen and she got me in for my maintenance. I am now able to head out Wednesday morning. Colleen and the team were awesome. After 195,000 miles on my 2006 Pilot it was time for an upgrade. Brian in the used vehicle department was fantastic, they didn't have the correct color vehicle when I went for a test drive so he kept his eyes opened and found me the perfect vehicle. I purchased a 2016 Pilot EXL with low miles and the perfect price! I went into Price Acura looking for a used vehicle because my current car was 13 years old and was in need of a lot of repairs. I was not expecting to have to buy a car this year and was nervous, but Rafael Gomez was an excellent salesman and showed me only vehicles that fell within my price range.
